First your new bag is gorgeous. Congrats for it. Second im so happy to see someonw here on RUclips who buys longchamp ad their everyday mini bag. People usually only buy it either for work or school. Most dont see the beauty of it being your everyday mini bag. Maybe you do appreciate these canvas or nylon mini bags because you are a mom and understand how these bags are beautiful and yet practical. I think these XS crossbody Bags are fantastic alternatives for every girl who want a more affordable Alma BB or speedy 20 or the new super cute mini never full. Its the perfect affordable stylish and yet practical bag One day ill do my costumized xs lepliage but for now im happy with my energy Xs. I wish more girls saw this as a great going out bag
Thank you so much for your amazing comment. Its a great bag, its super affordable and I use it allll the time because I don't want to damage my expensive bags being out with my kids and to be honest im tired of worrying about my bags so much. Which colour energy xs do you have?
@@billiexluxury i have the all black but thinking of also getting either the caqui or the orange. Got the black because its the easiest to wear with everyrhing and love it but im interested in adding another color
Thanks for your review it's really cute I have found that the Speedy 25 bag inserts fit this bag perfectly. I would just warn people that it takes sometimes longer than they say it would I don't think that is such a big deal but you are still young and as you age you will let go of silly frustrations❤
I don't think a lot of people are aware of this but most customer service is not handled in house. Many companies outsource to call centers. Some companies pay to have an exclusive team others do not. So basically the customer service agent you are speaking with does not work for that company and may even be handling calls, emails and text from multiple companies all at the same time.
That’s so interesting! Unfortunately my experience wasn’t pleasant and they probably arnt aware of what’s going on if their outsourcing which is a shame although we’re not sure that’s what they do
