Hi Dr Grijesh , if the leaves are also a little stressed then the plant seems to be . overwatered then the best thing is to check drainage so that water is draining well.
If the leaves are OK and flowers are turning black means flowers are spent so turning black in that case no need to worry

Gud mrong ma'am 😘mere paas bhi h peace lily.... Pichle saal khub flowering hui... Aur pot puar bhar gya tha... Barish me Maine Naye plant banaye..... Toh jinke ghar wo plant gye acchi groth h aur flowering bhi ho rhi.... Lekin mera plant toh groth hi nhi kiya... Jabki mai use do baar frtiliz bhi kar chuki hu.... Shead me bhi h.... Once the flower is dried can v cut d stalk which is dried?

Hi Parvathi you can use banana peel fertilizer and cut the spent flowers and this is applicable for all flowering plants
