I’ve asked a couple times here, and on SRO’s videos, but if you’re willing to try this, I think you’d enjoy a pure healing AP Illaoi build with riftmaker. You can flex a ravenous hydra, but her passive (the tentacle slams) actually scale fairly well with AP, despite doing physical damage

Two things really worked well for this build: 1) Zwag is a god at cait already, and 2) it is against people wayyy below his skill level
1) yes he is. 2) It's impossible to play with different builds like this at higher elos. :(

You could do a Xin Zhao AP. He has AP ration on his W and his ult, plus his passive's heal. So it could be interesting

Day 183 of asking for Battlemage/Exhaust Sona, with guardian, shield bash, bone plating, revitalize, manaflow and gathering, items are lich bane, crown mythic, archangels/seraph's, mejai's, and deathcap (and of course bring Exhaust lol). Semi tankyish and very fast battlemage that does great dmg and utility and can win a ton of duels. Can even work against zed/yas mids.
Isn’t the problem with sona mid her waveclear and not her Dmg/dueling/team fight.

-Full AP Alistar burst is pretty insane
-Full AP Zac burst is also madness
-My personal favourite... Move speed Teemo!! Run Galeforce and no on can ever catch you!

Zwag, you should definitely do ADC Neeko. It is insanely strong, and works with most supports.
Runes: Lethal Tempo, Triumph, Bloodline, Cut the Grass, Taste of Blood and Ultimate Hunter. Attack speed, adaptive force and either resistance works well.
Item build: Berserker's Greaves, Kraken Slayer, Blade of Viego (BotRK), Runaan's Hurricane, Infinity Edge, The Collector, and if the game drags on for long, sell the boots and get a Rapid Firecannon instead (to raise crit% to 100). Your max attack speed with Lethal Tempo will be around 3.0 attacks per second.

The Caitlyn rework back in the day killed AP Caitlyn prospects completely by removing AP scaling and actually all damage from the traps. It was garbage sure but it was better for AP Cait than what we have now. Just adding ratio on Q and R or even only passive headshot would make it extremely niche but at least something you could build around. Not good but manageable.
Caitlyn needs AP scaling as much as Xerath needs AD scaling.
Love off-meta stuff, Melee Gangplank next! Passive based because it’s better than ignite damage, take HoB, get Prowler to jump then build lethality, use E Q to reset passive proc instead of blowing people up(or both)

traps don't have AP scaling since 5.22. would've been fairly useless aside from CC + headshot without the AD items to help damage

That Yone so impressed you got beaten 1v2 around 13 minutes lol. Meanwhile at 17 Kaisa takes down 3 of them alone. I wish you had grabbed Lich Bane earlier because I think it would have been nice for the net combo and everfrost was kinda meh. This Cait build seemed better than I expected, but worse than a standard AD build. Well done, you played it as well as it could have been done.

i know support dosent make for great content, but I went full tank renata and it was super fun. I guess you could build her top maybe? with frostfire as mythic and winters approach / demonic as core... from there I went anathemas for whoever was the scariest on there team. the rest is optional... was super fun.

Can I beg you to play Shaco with nothing but troll items?
Items such as Crown, Hourglass, Banshee's Veil, Anathema's Chains, GA, and, either a sensible pair of shoes, or some other troll item?
Could even make it a tankier/hybrid build by grabbing Death's Dance, Hullbreaker, or Sterak's.
The point of the build isn't to win the fight. The point is to frustrate the enemy, since they burned all their ults and flashes... on your clone. >.>
