can you show clear the problem. when you press power button on the light show or not and the printer running or not.if the cannot turn on the printer . checking the power and power board.
Thanks. You can checking scanner when you turn on printer it running or not? If not running you remove the cover scanner and scanner reconnect cable . if still not run, try change motor scan.
hallo,, do you know abot laserjet pro M402 supply memory error..? haved replace cartridge 2 time but the same issue, still supply memory error,, help me please
for me if printer show Supply memory error , the chip on toner cartridge end of life , so you try to change new chip or you can try to take chip out test more time what happen. and you check you install toner correctly ,check the contact 2 pin inside printer and chip is good or not
@@Electronicview I have checked all of them and everything looks good and normal and I have replaced with a new cartridge but it still supplies a memory error..do i have a replace the DC controller..?
@@erfinnugroho4844 The printer performs correctly, but 'Supply Memory Error' displays on the control panel. To resolve this error, make sure that there is not any packing material in the printer or on the print cartridge, or replace a defective cartridge.
you can open and reconnect all cable on main board and scanner unit , if still problem replace scanner and main board test. please have good day. thank you

If I try to scanned or copy there is msg device is busy try again later
