    Compliments to the genius writer, a seriously Bach of prog rock metal.i i would of used Paganini but to hard to rhyme with that lol.. but seriously excellent stuff 👍👍 friend..

    • @BackingTracksByTim
      @BackingTracksByTim  Год назад

      Rob you are way too kind my friend! I don't think I am genius, and I am certainly not on the level Bach or Paganini! Can you imagine if they both lived today (Bach and Paganini), played guitar and wrote prog rock / metal? That would be some wild music I bet! I am so glad you like the track my friend! Cheers! 🤘

      @@BackingTracksByTim it would be a trip to hear Paganini's violin through a hot rodded jcm800, rectifier etc.. and yeah you are a seriously good writer, modesty is a good thing to 👍👍

    • @BackingTracksByTim
      @BackingTracksByTim  Год назад

      @@robphillips8351 Yeah that would be super cool! There are some guitarists who can rip through some Paganini which gives the same vibe. The classic scene in the movie Crossroads (Steve Vai & Ralph Macchio) comes to mind!

    Epic track - going to use this for my guitar practice. Drums are a little too loud in the mix for me, but I can probably EQ it somehow. Thanks man! :)

    i dont know if you take requests, but id like a song using the chords E, C#, C(most preferrably without any minor or major thirds, so just use like sixths or nines).
    The two first chords if harmonized would be E Major - C# Minor (this will be E major scale) then C Major. The cool thing with that chord progression is that the 2 first chords are in E Major, While the second chord is in E Minor (or C Major). So you basically play E Major on the 2 first chords, and then E minor on the second chord which makes a very cool sound.
    So try:
    E Major, C# Minor, C Major
    Or without any thirds
    E6 - C#6 - C6

      Hey! Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately I don't have too much spare time to do requests these days but if I do find some time I will keep this progression in mind!
      Cheers! 🤘

    Awesome stuff. Any chance you can make some kind of compromise and do less bass/quieter bass for us bassists to fill into ? :)

    • @BackingTracksByTim
      @BackingTracksByTim  Год назад

      Thank you! I did experiment with doing bass-less versions a while back but there didn't seem to be much interest at the time. I think I am planning on offering stems of future tracks to my patrons over on Patreon if that interests you at all! 🤘
