Wow that's awesome running in the evening hrs. Best time to run. All my best workouts were in the evening hrs. Those were the days.

Mile 2 is when you supposed to throw that first surge to discourage any who are trying to hang in there. Then in about 2.5 miles you throw that second surge and break away crushing anyone and everyone who thinks they still have a chance.
