- Self-Realization Fellowship nun Sister Ranjana shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to find lasting peace and happiness by contacting the joy of the soul.
We all want inner peace and lasting joy because that is the nature of our true Self. But when we try to find fulfillment outside by chasing things in this world, we become stressed and weighed down by negative thoughts and feelings.
By affirming the truth of what we are and especially by practicing meditation - we can find truly lasting peace and happiness within.
This talk was recorded at the SRF Glendale Temple in October 2023.
