My mom always kept the spices in the cabinet next to the stove but I keep mine in the drawer next to the stove. For me, it's much more convenient and I don't have to stretch to reach them. for my kitchen, pros and cons to both, the drawer is easier to see them, but less space unless you have room to stand the jars up, then you need labels on top of the caps, if using the cabinets, more space but you cant see them all, and of course, I have to use both spaces :o)

You could get a counter top rack for them or a wall shelf made for spices. There's some cute counter ones that turn so you can get to each spice plus I like the way they look

Okay IF you plan on cooking often, go drawer. I started in a cabinet with my spices and now I have to dig into the bag of my shelve for a spice. If you could move the stickers to the jar lid, you can put it in the drawer. It's easier for you to grab things when you cook. But if the stickers can't be moved, you can put it up there in the cabinet. Whatever you like 👍🏻

A cabinet, like the smallest (depending on how many spices you have) bc you put all the labels on the front of your spices. Though you could replace them and put them on the lids bc it might be easier if you can just scan over the tops of them in the drawer so-
