I saw a documentary about the physician, explaining exactly how crucifixion works. I was horrified! I knew it was bad, but I didn’t know exactly how bad it was till I saw the documentary. Simply horrifying!
I’m sure I could imagine something even more painful. At least Jesus is the most famous person of all time. Imagine going through all that and being an absolute nobody and no one knew of you or remembered you.
Plus, the shame is public for all to see (not privately in pain, ... etc But publicly humiliated, suffering excruciating physical & emotional pain..) not to mention that his mother is there for all this I am sure is his worst pain
Plus he's the God of the universe and could have wiped them out with a glance! But he chose to set mankind free from sin death and damnation! Jesus Christ is king!
Good analogy Jordan. However the greatest part of the story is his Resurrection. He defeats, death, hell and the grave. Now seated in heaven where there is no more pain or suffering. Perfect peace. Many people who have NDE's did not even want to come back here. Everything in heaven is exactly as he said it is for Christians. Especially surrounded by Gods love.

JESUS IS THE ONLY GOD WHO WENT THROUGH EVERY HUMAN SUFFERING AND THIS WOUNDED MAN FORGAVE HIS PERSECUTORS WON HEAVEN FOR US THROUGH HIS SUFFERING AND HEALED THE EYE OF THE ONE WHO PIERCED HIM BY JUST ONE DROP OF JÉSUS'S BLOOD TOUCHING HIS EYE . O HOW I LOVE JÉSUS MY SAVIOUR WHO CONQUERED SIN SATAN DEATH AND HELL.
THINK ABOUT THIS... For as much as the sheer immensity of the pain and suffering that Jesus endured from his repeated beatings and then being CRUCIFIED, It's so easy to forget that the " GREATEST PART OF THAT SUFFERING" was having THE WRATH OF THE FATHER UPON HIM AS HE ENDURED THE IMMENSE AGONY OF GOD'S PUNISHMENT FOR ALL "OUR SINS" AND THE SINS OF THE WHOLE WORLD! JESUS WILLINGLY PAID OUR DEBT SO THAT WE MAY BE SAVED FROM CONDEMNATION AND HELL, AND HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN FOREVER. THAT'S REAL LOVE! 💗 THIS WORLD IS PASSING AWAY QUICKLY! KNOWING THE GREAT SACRIFICE THAT JESUS MADE FOR US , HOW CAN ANYONE SAY THEY DON'T WANT THAT FREE GIFT? IF YOU DON'T KNOW HIM, SEEK HIM WHILE YOU STILL CAN. BECAUSE WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME! MAY GOD BLESS EVERYONE WHO READS THIS AND HEEDS THESE WORDS. 💗🙏🙌✝️
But then it was finished. The crucifixion is a tragedy to the flesh and an overwhelming accomplishment to the spirit. From that tragedy came the opportunity to pass into a better realm once judgment has been carried out. The sings are clear. He'll return soon and not as a savior but as a warrior. I don't want to be found on the wrong side of that sword.
The disciples thought He was gonna free them from Roman oppression...He didn't....He freed them and the world from something much more oppressive...themselves. Not just temporarily in this life...but in Eternity too
My child self would agree but that’s because I didn’t see the bigger picture. Yes, as far as the human aspect of the story goes it is a terribly tragic time for one man but human life is finite. When our time comes where will the sinners go? If they believe in Jesus our lord and saviour and repent for their sins they will spend eternity in heaven. Without Jesus’ suffering and bearing the burden of all our sins we would be stuck for eternity in a vast loveless, black void. It’s a tragic tale but a triumphant end 🙏
And thus paying this price He can offer us his creatures eternal life with Him and Yahweh but WE MUST CHOOSE by accepting the Holy Spirit into our hearts as Lord of our life or rejecting Him and so becoming a part of the world of Satan with Hell as our final destination 😞
And still some people blashemy our lord and saviour Jesus Christ and hes followers 😢 Jesus is King of Kings alpha and the omega beggining and the end, the way the truth and the life Aamen ✝️🙏

Actually.. it is the complete opposite of the most tragic story. It is the most victorious, powerful event to ever take place on earth. Jesus Christ WILLINGLY went on the cross. When the soldiers came He asked Himself twice "Who are you looking for?" So He could answer I AM and all the soldiers (app. 200) were blown to the ground! We are all guilty before God, like Barabbas was, and those who accept that Christ took the punishment for them are free to go!!! It is the miraculous exchange at the cross! ❤

"Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
✝️
years ago a scholar friend said that "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani" was part of a praise song rather than one of despair. I love the idea of Jesus praising God the Father during is extreme suffering rather than complaining
Soli Deo Gloria 💪🏻
And he still had the power to say "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". Even after that.
Thank you for your sacrifice my Jesus. You are my everything. My life is yours.
You can't help but fall in love with God. Look at what he did for us.
PRAISE JESUS HALLELUJAH
I know the feeling
Wonderful summation of His awesome love for us
Praise my Lord and Saviour
Nenej😮❤❤😭😭😞 I love this so very beginning of this year
Soon to be the story of my life
Take care of yourself.
imagine all the hate going on in the world today directed at one individual still readily willing to sacrifice himself for your sins. Jesus Christ is risen
"You can't write a more tragic story"
And that's all it is, a story, not a historical account.
Praise Jesus
That’s I weeped one night just thinking about this.
Plus his mother has to watch the whole thing!
Jesus Christ is Lord
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is why we should fight everyday for truth. So that our Lord's work and His sacrifice, and the excruciating involved, was not done in vain.
God allowed this to happen to His Son, knowing that He would rise again and be the Savior of the world. Praise God.
"Forgive them, for they know not what they do."
And the beating, flogging, humiliation
Good analogy Jordan. However the greatest part of the story is his Resurrection. He defeats, death, hell and the grave. Now seated in heaven where there is no more pain or suffering. Perfect peace. Many people who have NDE's did not even want to come back here. Everything in heaven is exactly as he said it is for Christians. Especially surrounded by Gods love.
HE IS RISEN ✝️ JESUCRISTO EL REY 👑 ALLELUIA
Yes I’m his short life he went through evvery temptation that exists and he took every sure so we can have every blessing. He allowed them to take him captive so we could be free. Jesus was hurt so we could be healed. Jesus died so we could live. Jesus was punished so we could be forgiven. Jesus was made sin with our sinfulness so we could be made right with his righteousness. Jesus endured our poverty so we could endure his abundance. Jesus bore our shame so we could share in his glory. Jesus endured rejection so we could have acceptance with the Father. Jesus was made a curse so we could enter into the blessing.
Amen! Love this, God bless you.
@@GsWorld_what relegion are you ?
@@davidparracastano3399 i am a Christian man my brother.
I will love Jesus for ever, for as long as I have conciousness! ❤❤❤
For as much as the sheer immensity of the pain and suffering that Jesus endured from his repeated beatings and then being CRUCIFIED,
It's so easy to forget that the " GREATEST PART OF THAT SUFFERING" was having THE WRATH OF THE FATHER UPON HIM AS HE ENDURED THE IMMENSE AGONY OF GOD'S PUNISHMENT FOR ALL "OUR SINS" AND THE SINS OF THE WHOLE WORLD!
JESUS WILLINGLY PAID OUR DEBT SO THAT WE MAY BE SAVED FROM CONDEMNATION AND HELL, AND HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN FOREVER. THAT'S REAL LOVE! 💗
THIS WORLD IS PASSING AWAY QUICKLY!
You're right...❤ ✝️ Y
But then it was finished. The crucifixion is a tragedy to the flesh and an overwhelming accomplishment to the spirit. From that tragedy came the opportunity to pass into a better realm once judgment has been carried out. The sings are clear. He'll return soon and not as a savior but as a warrior. I don't want to be found on the wrong side of that sword.
It's a tragedy with a gloriously wonderful ending- eternal life for us.
Persians tied people to stakes long before the Romans engineered the anatomical aspects of the execution...
And thus paying this price He can offer us his creatures eternal life with Him and Yahweh but WE MUST CHOOSE by accepting the Holy Spirit into our hearts
as Lord of our life or rejecting Him and so becoming a part of the world of Satan with Hell as our final destination 😞
And still some people blashemy our lord and saviour Jesus Christ and hes followers 😢 Jesus is King of Kings alpha and the omega beggining and the end, the way the truth and the life Aamen ✝️🙏
Plus he's God. Plus he forgives them. Plus he does it to save them!
Plus his mother watched. Plus he had to carry his own cross uphill, so it could be used on him. Plus he was mocked while he was suffering. Plus there was a satirical joke written on a sign above him. Plus his disciples and friends had to watch.
But… he fulfilled every prophesy ever written about the messiah to come in the law and prophets and conquered all human sin, and rose to the right hand of the father to then baptize the world with the Holy Spirit.
Don’t forget about his Mom! She raised the son of God herself saw him do great deeds and then watched him get betrayed and crucified.
Actually.. it is the complete opposite of the most tragic story. It is the most victorious, powerful event to ever take place on earth. Jesus Christ WILLINGLY went on the cross. When the soldiers came He asked Himself twice "Who are you looking for?" So He could answer I AM and all the soldiers (app. 200) were blown to the ground! Jesus Christ was God in the flesh Who willingly went on the cross. It was God's masterplan. Barabbas? Bar abbas.. it literally means translated son of the father! They let go of 'the son of the father' and instead crucified THE SON OF THE FATHER. You know who Barabbas was? It is you and me! We are all guilty before God, like Barabbas was, and those who accept that Christ took the punishment for them are free to go!!! It is the miraculous exchange at the cross! ❤
Christ is the King of kings Lord of lords He is God Almighty
Repent and give yourself over to Jesus today ✝️💜💪
Jordan Peterson would soon become a Christian❤
It wasn't a tragedy, it was a victory, Jordan you don't know who Jesus is and what he came to do.
I'd be more than willing to bet he has a better understanding of the bible than a lot of priests
dude Jesus suffered.. he made a sacrifice for us.. it's a tragedy as well as it is a victory for us.. it's a testament of God's love for us.. praise the Lord!
@@matthewweyers905 that wouldn't be saying much, most people, especially those who go to seminary, are biblically illiterate. They learn a whole bunch of traditions and stuff but what the Bible actually says ain't one of them.
It was a sacrifice only GOD could do!
Standing for hours, going without
food and water! Placed in a horrendously filthy cell. Long everything else---no bones broken
but they competed to try! Our LORD
was totally unrecognizable! HIS flesh
was literally ripped from HIS BODY!
For GOD so Loved the world… Hallelujah to our LORD and our GOD !!
Why we cant afford to be ashame fornthe sins we have done? We have been save and still we sin again and again.
Plus your loved ones have to watch and are unable to stop it. Plus you know all of this is coming ahead of time. Plus you have the ability to stop it and you choose not to, in order to sacrifice for those who hate you.
“ A tyrant who dotes truth “ ? The Truth that God so Loved The World that he sent his only begotten Son not to condemn the world but through him the world may be saved is the ✝️RUTH JOHN 3:16
Jesus comes back to life and his message spreads like wildfire around the world and enables many billions of people to go to heaven. It's not a tragedy.
The people chose the criminal because they feared the State would identify the ones that opposed them. They were cowards.
