"What you bless blesses you back...and you will feel it in waves" One of the most beautiful and profound experiences of my life happened while I was sitting on a rock on a high pass looking out across an exquisite vista of green valleys below me towards soaring mountains in the distance. I was just in awe and wonder at the beauty of the Earth and feeling so happy and blessed to be there - I sent out a great Hug from my heart and soul to the Earth of thanks and love. Well! The VAST wave of Love and reciprocal Appreciation that came back and flooded into me with such power - just about knocked me to the ground. It was if the Earth was saying Hi! I LOVE you too! And was hugging me back. There was great humour in it too, as if it/she knew how astounded I would be . And also - if I can express this right: I AM in you my dear friend, no need to worship me as outside of yourself. 😊 I'll never ever forget it. ❤❤❤ 🌎 ❤❤❤

Been following Paul/the guide for several years now. LEGIT. As a trained scientist, and someone who holds a high standard for evidence based content, this material is second to none imho. Paul is also a great fellow. I couldn't imagine a more appropriate choice to bring these teachings forward. I've never heard of this guy before, I'm about half way thru this video, but thus far he kind of reminds me of Abraham Hicks, whom I have recently discovered and find very interesting. Have you listened to Abraham Hicks, and if so, how do you feel about that information?
@@JasonCarney. I have heard of it but not read or listened to much. I imagine there are other fantastically connected souls who are helping bring potent material forward around the world, and Paul's guides have said as much (in fact they have stated that others don't even need to read their books, we are going to encounter great collective change either way). But I can tell you this: the changes for the better in my own life have been subtle but profound, and long term family members have said as much. Also, when I pay attention to what is going on around me (in detail) when I listen to recordings of these changelings, well, as a scientist, I don't want to put any preconceived notions in your head. But suffice it to say that a long term close family friend has taken this challenge on, and has noticed the same mind-blowing phenomena occurring... Take a few minutes to read the reviews of the books Paul has put out and you can see that this is widely reported. The heart of true science is independent verification, and an openness to even incredible or paradigm shifting findings (if the are indeed repeatedly observed). This material has not only done that for me, it has lifted my heart in song-- filled me with gratitude, and even euphoria in a way I had almost forgotten was possible. Indeed, I suspect that it is helping midwife something never before seen with our species, and may amount to a returning of that which we have assumed could only be experienced "on the other side" here in our physical expressions (along with other unfolding sources, perhaps like Hicks and NDE stories, which may be part of some collective choice we have made). I feel like I met a spirit guide on a bus one time. It was a crowded bus and an older man came and sat next to me (I was in my 20s at the time and he was probably in his 50s). We started talking out of nowhere and it felt like I knew him. He said it was his first time taking the bus and needed some help as to which stop to get off at. We had a very comfortable and lovely conversation and I would let him know the stops coming up in between conversation. It was tight seating so we were both staring straight ahead while talking but I was compelled to glance over at him. I remember his eyes were a glowing blue. Not like a human with blue eyes but literally like bright blue lazer beams. Once his stop came, he walked through the crowd to the exit, looked back at me, gave a little wave and a smile and got off the bus. This happened after a long day of work so I kinda questioned what exactly happened, thinking maybe I was just tired. I heard a story on this channel of a man who had a very similar experience to me, except his guide was in the form of a homeless man and also had glowing blue eyes. When I heard his story, I came to believe this is how spirit guides appear on Earth. The irony of it is that my guide on the bus was the one asking me for guidance and directions to his stop 😂 I felt very compelled to help him so maybe compassion was the lesson he was teaching me at the same time.
In the summer of 2011 I was in a condition that I refer to as being the spiritual doldrums. In other words, with regard to my spiritual journey, I was stuck in a dead calm. There was absolutely no wind in my sail. My wife and I watched an interview with Paul wherein he talked about his book, I Am the Word. At the interview's end my wife said, "We've got to get that book!" We immediately ordered it and two days later when it arrived we started reading it right away. What was communicated in that book helped us both a great deal but me even more as it returned the wind to my spiritual sail and my journey instantly restarted.
A couple of years ago, I read Paul’s first book. It spoke to me so clearly. It resonated with the spiritual teachings i received in childhood and worked deeply in asa young adult. Well, this interview has woken me up in a big way! I am a musician. When he started talking about octaves, I got so excited! I know exactly what his guides are talking about and now I have a completely mew framework for my work! Thank you!

I do watch and read Paul Selig regularly and have for years. I want to tell him that he looks wonderful and so much healthier each time I see him now. Something is working. His skin looks great, he sounds so relaxed and real. It makes me feel good.

I click immediately when I see Paul. I used to think I had wings of steel, as well. Turns out, when you reach 69, you don't. I beg my grandsons not to slide on their knees and look after their teeth and they laugh at me, and don't connect my aching joints and dentist bill to how i behaved when I was Wonder Woman. There is a Saying in Greek that goes: "Στερνή μου Γνώση, να σ'είχα Πρώτα"... which freely translates to something like: "My Last Knowledge, how i wished to have had it Before".... it speaks about this Fact of Life.
I find this man impossible to debunk (believe me, I've tried). I just went to his website and saw that he charges $650 per 30 minute for a private session. I have always grappled with people who make claims of clairavoyance and spiritual guides , most appear humble and recognize this gift as from Spirit . I understand that people use their time , and energy and compensation in the dor of money is energy , however I feel that most of these websites are about spirituality for sale, and this gives me pause , especially of a person’s integrity and authenticity.
I’ve participated in a 2day workshop with Paul Selig. I can tell you from my experience I felt a shift in the energy change collectively when I fell back and saw others fall back too. His calming voice allowed me to connect with the channeling energy quickly. Thank you 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽✨✨✨💨💨💨

Unfortunately, there are many people who are still asleep and, in that state, they feel the need to try and be "superior" to others because their ego is so dominant. Equality is seen as punishment to those who are asleep because they always feel like they are entitled to more.

i always love what Paul has to share........it gives me pause, and then to recalibrate. Speaking of "how did I survive?", just recently I was in meditation and contemplating just that. Remembering moments of what I feel were interventions of protection and guidance. Suddenly I was overcome with a feeliing of gratitude for my Guardian Angel. Weeping my gratitude, I thanked them for the first time in my life for keeping me safe and in this life. In all that I pray, this was the first consicous heart felt "Thank you!". I think some of us may take our Guardian's assignment and power for granted...I did. Our "helpers" beyond the veil come and go depending upon their "specialties" but this Angel is with us for the duration of our time here......so very close, so near and dear. Thank you Paul and Alex.

Thanks for having Paul back. His story and work is incredibly inspiring. I particularly loved what the Guides say about fear because when I was first opening up and was looking for teachers, I would follow one until what they were saying or how they taught didn’t feel right. If they were motivated by fear and not love, for instance. Without realizing it, I’ve been following love based teachers.
I grew up in a town that had a fire - the fire that led to panic bars on doors, and doors in public spaces having to open out becoming mandatory. It happened in 1908, the town ended up with many orphans (which I didn't realize til I was in my 30s) and growing up in the 70s /80s and not even knowing the full story, I could just feel the sorrow, hanging in the air like lingering smoke. Town karma makes sense to me.
It’s amazing for me to experience Paul, the person, every so often as I can feel a much lighter and joyful person. I’ve always found him and the guides fascinating but his transformation over the years is amazing. Thank you Alex for having Paul back on. Always feel lifted and a little wiser. 🥰🙏🏼
Paul's 'echoing' method puts in mind an idea I had about free will. It went like this: Thoughts are involuntary. One does not chose the next thought, however the surfacing of a thought seems to have stages. The first stage is almost subliminal. The thought presents to consciousness in a quiet' way, a little like the way Paul's guides 'whisper' to Paul. Here consciousness takes a look at the thought and takes a stance about it. This is the free will bit. The thought is then repeated in 'loud mode' - a mode where it is repeated in full consciousness, either internally or externally in speech or writing.
This checks out. When i, along with many others were abducted in the late 1990's we were shown life on earth 100 years from now. I'm happy to report that we were still here, and humanity was thriving though not without its problems. The most striking differences was Architecture had changed, and daily traffic was in the sky above the buildings. The streets below were teaming with people and open space. I have hope. ty 4 vid

When you realize who you are and how it connects to everything I found peace, joy, immense love and compassion. I channel in the same way. It started and I began writing what I was hearing as well. I never read the writing but my then fiancé put the papers together and so far I have written 4 books but I still have not read any of them. Mom has a great sense of humor. I get talked to all the time mostly playing...

Thank you. Last year was a year of change for me. Having come to quite an age with so many experiences, too many threads to follow, my life had come to a sort of fulfilment. My kids are grown up and doing well, and new generations are to come. And I looked for a purpose. After having a strong emotional entanglement where I felt a deep and total love, and not surprised of its shortcomings, I lost it and all was dark. On the internet BK Shivani was presented to me, and almost everything fell in place. Her message is in quite the same ideas as Paul´s. It is the best soil to cultivate your soul! Love is the crux of the matter. Fear is to be neglected. Light to be poured on to people around you. I do not know my purpose, and I actually do not care anymore. I just do what I think is best and feel very much at peace with it. And of course I hope the Great Shift will come to be without too much misery. Om shanti, or as the Vikings put it - peace and a good harvest.

This is my favorite Paul Selig offering. I listened to the section regarding being transposed and transpositioning to a higher Octave. More and more we are hearing about the importance of frequency and sound healing. I feel that this was a unique way of speaking to that knowledge.

Great show, as usual, Alex! You and Paul reminded me that when I was just a little girl - a very tiny girl - I knew I didn't EVER want to come back to this planet - EVER. I missed a Love that I had once known, before coming here. I had a recurring dream in which I was in the back seat of a car and when it turned a corner, the door opened and I fell out onto the ground. I cried, "Daddy, Daddy, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!" From early childhood I felt abandoned by God - that He had dumped me on this planet and left me to fend for myself. haha. Silly me! Seemed only natural at that time, to determine to do whatever it took to "graduate" from this plane, SO THAT I wouldn't "have" to come back. That propelled me into a very "interesting", event-filled, wonderful life for which I am now grateful. haha again. Now I have lots of appreciation for all the practice of forgiveness/ blessing work - for myself & others - that I have been required to do - and still do, as memories return. I am thinking there may be a difference between feeling "required" to come back (which MAY be a myth perpetrated by what some call "the enemy" who entraps us in the matrix via guilt and confusion) and choosing to come back, to serve and to enjoy this beautiful creation WITH Love, WITH my Daddy. My requirement for coming back is that I never again lose touch with the Love. My work has convinced me that we are here to wrap up old wounds, to rethink (re-penser' / repent?) old judgments, release fears we have held for lifetimes, forgive all our "sins", to serve, to help in whatever way we are able... these are very exciting times. As I heal, the planet no longer appears to be as devoid of Love as it did all those years ago.

I've never heard of this guy before, I'm about half way thru this video, but thus far he kind of reminds me of Abraham Hicks, whom I have recently discovered and find very interesting. Have you listened to Abraham Hicks, and if so, how do you feel about that information?
@@JasonCarney. I have heard of it but not read or listened to much. I imagine there are other fantastically connected souls who are helping bring potent material forward around the world, and Paul's guides have said as much (in fact they have stated that others don't even need to read their books, we are going to encounter great collective change either way). But I can tell you this: the changes for the better in my own life have been subtle but profound, and long term family members have said as much. Also, when I pay attention to what is going on around me (in detail) when I listen to recordings of these changelings, well, as a scientist, I don't want to put any preconceived notions in your head. But suffice it to say that a long term close family friend has taken this challenge on, and has noticed the same mind-blowing phenomena occurring... Take a few minutes to read the reviews of the books Paul has put out and you can see that this is widely reported. The heart of true science is independent verification, and an openness to even incredible or paradigm shifting findings (if the are indeed repeatedly observed). This material has not only done that for me, it has lifted my heart in song-- filled me with gratitude, and even euphoria in a way I had almost forgotten was possible. Indeed, I suspect that it is helping midwife something never before seen with our species, and may amount to a returning of that which we have assumed could only be experienced "on the other side" here in our physical expressions (along with other unfolding sources, perhaps like Hicks and NDE stories, which may be part of some collective choice we have made). Our lives may not turn into Disney movies, but the love experienced for all that is might just blow our minds...

I feel like I met a spirit guide on a bus one time. It was a crowded bus and an older man came and sat next to me (I was in my 20s at the time and he was probably in his 50s).
We started talking out of nowhere and it felt like I knew him. He said it was his first time taking the bus and needed some help as to which stop to get off at. We had a very comfortable and lovely conversation and I would let him know the stops coming up in between conversation.
It was tight seating so we were both staring straight ahead while talking but I was compelled to glance over at him. I remember his eyes were a glowing blue. Not like a human with blue eyes but literally like bright blue lazer beams. Once his stop came, he walked through the crowd to the exit, looked back at me, gave a little wave and a smile and got off the bus. This happened after a long day of work so I kinda questioned what exactly happened, thinking maybe I was just tired.
I heard a story on this channel of a man who had a very similar experience to me, except his guide was in the form of a homeless man and also had glowing blue eyes. When I heard his story, I came to believe this is how spirit guides appear on Earth. The irony of it is that my guide on the bus was the one asking me for guidance and directions to his stop 😂 I felt very compelled to help him so maybe compassion was the lesson he was teaching me at the same time.
In the summer of 2011 I was in a condition that I refer to as being the spiritual doldrums. In other words, with regard to my spiritual journey, I was stuck in a dead calm. There was absolutely no wind in my sail. My wife and I watched an interview with Paul wherein he talked about his book, I Am the Word. At the interview's end my wife said, "We've got to get that book!" We immediately ordered it and two days later when it arrived we started reading it right away. What was communicated in that book helped us both a great deal but me even more as it returned the wind to my spiritual sail and my journey instantly restarted.
A couple of years ago, I read Paul’s first book. It spoke to me so clearly. It resonated with the spiritual teachings i received in childhood and worked deeply in asa young adult.
Well, this interview has woken me up in a big way! I am a musician. When he started talking about octaves, I got so excited! I know exactly what his guides are talking about and now I have a completely mew framework for my work! Thank you!

I do watch and read Paul Selig regularly and have for years. I want to tell him that he looks wonderful and so much healthier each time I see him now. Something is working. His skin looks great, he sounds so relaxed and real. It makes me feel good.

I click immediately when I see Paul. I used to think I had wings of steel, as well. Turns out, when you reach 69, you don't. I beg my grandsons not to slide on their knees and look after their teeth and they laugh at me, and don't connect my aching joints and dentist bill to how i behaved when I was Wonder Woman. Such is life. I love that - "know love and be". thank you so much Paul and Alex. Wonderful.

There is a Saying in Greek that goes: "Στερνή μου Γνώση, να σ'είχα Πρώτα"... which freely translates to something like: "My Last Knowledge, how i wished to have had it Before".... it speaks about this Fact of Life.

I just went to his website and saw that he charges $650 per 30 minute for a private session. I have always grappled with people who make claims of clairavoyance and spiritual guides , most appear humble and recognize this gift as from Spirit . I understand that people use their time , and energy and compensation in the dor of money is energy , however I feel that most of these websites are about spirituality for sale, and this gives me pause , especially of a person’s integrity and authenticity.

Most of the time, the most clear and important words i need to say, i have no idea where they came from, for i had no thinking beforehand.
Yet they are exactly what needed to be said
i always love what Paul has to share........it gives me pause, and then to recalibrate. Speaking of "how did I survive?", just recently I was in meditation and contemplating just that. Remembering moments of what I feel were interventions of protection and guidance. Suddenly I was overcome with a feeliing of gratitude for my Guardian Angel. Weeping my gratitude, I thanked them for the first time in my life for keeping me safe and in this life. In all that I pray, this was the first consicous heart felt "Thank you!". I think some of us may take our Guardian's assignment and power for granted...I did. Our "helpers" beyond the veil come and go depending upon their "specialties" but this Angel is with us for the duration of our time here......so very close, so near and dear. Thank you Paul and Alex.

Thanks for having Paul back. His story and work is incredibly inspiring. I particularly loved what the Guides say about fear because when I was first opening up and was looking for teachers, I would follow one until what they were saying or how they taught didn’t feel right. If they were motivated by fear and not love, for instance. Without realizing it, I’ve been following love based teachers.
I grew up in a town that had a fire - the fire that led to panic bars on doors, and doors in public spaces having to open out becoming mandatory. It happened in 1908, the town ended up with many orphans (which I didn't realize til I was in my 30s) and growing up in the 70s /80s and not even knowing the full story, I could just feel the sorrow, hanging in the air like lingering smoke. Town karma makes sense to me.

Paul's 'echoing' method puts in mind an idea I had about free will. It went like this: Thoughts are involuntary. One does not chose the next thought, however the surfacing of a thought seems to have stages. The first stage is almost subliminal. The thought presents to consciousness in a quiet' way, a little like the way Paul's guides 'whisper' to Paul. Here consciousness takes a look at the thought and takes a stance about it. This is the free will bit. The thought is then repeated in 'loud mode' - a mode where it is repeated in full consciousness, either internally or externally in speech or writing.
This checks out. When i, along with many others were abducted in the late 1990's we were shown life on earth 100 years from now. I'm happy to report that we were still here, and humanity was thriving though not without its problems. The most striking differences was Architecture had changed, and daily traffic was in the sky above the buildings. The streets below were teaming with people and open space. I have hope. ty 4 vid

As a life-long musician (and more recently, remote viewer/clairvoyant) I love the discussion of Octaves and can resonate with the comment about the 'rock star' as I've experienced that energy myself and in my 'rock star' friends (some well established, others not as much/under the radar), love this series.

When you realize who you are and how it connects to everything I found peace, joy, immense love and compassion. I channel in the same way. It started and I began writing what I was hearing as well. I never read the writing but my then fiancé put the papers together and so far I have written 4 books but I still have not read any of them. Mom has a great sense of humor. I get talked to all the time mostly playing...

Thank you. Last year was a year of change for me. Having come to quite an age with so many experiences, too many threads to follow, my life had come to a sort of fulfilment. My kids are grown up and doing well, and new generations are to come. And I looked for a purpose.
After having a strong emotional entanglement where I felt a deep and total love, and not surprised of its shortcomings, I lost it and all was dark. On the internet BK Shivani was presented to me, and almost everything fell in place. Her message is in quite the same ideas as Paul´s. It is the best soil to cultivate your soul! Love is the crux of the matter. Fear is to be neglected. Light to be poured on to people around you.
I do not know my purpose, and I actually do not care anymore. I just do what I think is best and feel very much at peace with it. And of course I hope the Great Shift will come to be without too much misery. Om shanti, or as the Vikings put it - peace and a good harvest.

This is my favorite Paul Selig offering. I listened to the section regarding being transposed and transpositioning to a higher Octave. More and more we are hearing about the importance of frequency and sound healing. I feel that this was a unique way of speaking to that knowledge.

You and Paul reminded me that when I was just a little girl - a very tiny girl - I knew I didn't EVER want to come back to this planet - EVER. I missed a Love that I had once known, before coming here. I had a recurring dream in which I was in the back seat of a car and when it turned a corner, the door opened and I fell out onto the ground. I cried, "Daddy, Daddy, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!" From early childhood I felt abandoned by God - that He had dumped me on this planet and left me to fend for myself. haha. Silly me!
Seemed only natural at that time, to determine to do whatever it took to "graduate" from this plane, SO THAT I wouldn't "have" to come back. That propelled me into a very "interesting", event-filled, wonderful life for which I am now grateful. haha again.
Now I have lots of appreciation for all the practice of forgiveness/ blessing work - for myself & others - that I have been required to do - and still do, as memories return. I am thinking there may be a difference between feeling "required" to come back (which MAY be a myth perpetrated by what some call "the enemy" who entraps us in the matrix via guilt and confusion) and choosing to come back, to serve and to enjoy this beautiful creation WITH Love, WITH my Daddy. My requirement for coming back is that I never again lose touch with the Love.
My work has convinced me that we are here to wrap up old wounds, to rethink (re-penser' / repent?) old judgments, release fears we have held for lifetimes, forgive all our "sins", to serve, to help in whatever way we are able... these are very exciting times. As I heal, the planet no longer appears to be as devoid of Love as it did all those years ago.
