I bought a 2070 super for 600$ in 2020 😭😭😭 I built my entire pc for 2200$ in 2020 and it costs less than 1400$ now ... Makes me wanna freak when I think ab it
I bought a 7900 GRE for 520 bucks off amazon a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier! That thing shreds through any game at 1440p and even runs VR super smooth
I’ve never built a pc, but my pre-built just took a crap on me. I’ve done a lot of research and have decided to go with rx 6750xt gpu and Ryzen 5 7600x, is that a good combo that will last me a while?
That 4070 super is a French kiss of a GPU. Don’t let the 12 gb vram fool you. You’re essentially buying 3090 plus DLSS 3 Frame Gen and a much lower power consumption. I’m really in love with this card.
I always had to tell this with people. You don’t have to max out all your games. Also it all depends on the games you play. If you play a bunch of triple A games often then yes get atleast 16gb especially for playing at 4k. But if you plan to buy a couple of the newest releases per year at 1440p then 12 gb is enough. Also up scaling is the way now, which DLSS helps with lowering down VRAM usage. All im saying is the vram issue isn’t as big of an issue as you think it is. It’s all based on what you play on how you want to play them. I play MW3 on balanced settings with DLSS Quality just so I can get the 240 fps for my monitor and I am fine with it. Plus some games be unoptimized like crap and allocating a crap Ton of VRAM even if you have like 16 gb. So VRAM thing isnt an issue unless you yourself wanna make it into an issue, then by all means get a 16 or 24 gb gpu
4070 ti super is very underated and can offer a great 4k experience if paired with a cost efficient cpu like r5 7600 or r5 7500f not to mention it's future proofed 16 gb and 256 bit bus along with the am5 platform
i have a 7900gre and for 1440p i can play any game at over 140 fps with some exceptions at ultra settings in some newer ones (due to optimization probably because new games are made for nvidia drivers better) , but it is serving well worth the money . I would go for a 7800xt but here it cost 540$ for some odd reason (probably because the media is promoting it and it increased in price) , so the GRE was the perfect one for just 30 more $ .
Thank you for the video. A little off topic but... after Oct 2025 when Windows will no longer support Windows 10 and force you to download Windows 11? Will all PC's and Laptops running Windows 10 be obsolete if you have to upgrade CPU, GPU, MB? Is this why I see a lot of gaming computers/laptops with say 3 year old parts cheap now?
14:37 hmm basically The 6800x is 130-150$ more expensive in my Home market than rx 7700xt makes sense there's a weird thing 7800xt twin fan and rx 6600 triple fan one are at the same price which sell more the triple fans with lot of RGB people are like what looks goodd they buy it .
no such deal in Canada for the 6750 xt. That card is solid if it can be had for $300usd as it performs on par with a 4060ti but has more vram if you don't care about rtx or av1 and costs less. I've seen some cheaper 2 fan 4070 supers at around $540-550usd here in Canada although they run hotter and louder
Still use the 7800XT it's a nice size, fits in an NX410, really nice 1440P, mostly use in Nobara for OBS but have gamed on it also. The 7900XTX and 4090 are nice (4090 is my main driver) but people should certainly keep in mind case size and mounting orientation to make sure they can accombinate the larger GPUs (4090 is in my Corsair 7000D Airflow but a lot of fishtank cases will fit larger GPUs).
Dawg, im gon be building a pc round next month, and i wanted to ask if you could consider making a pc revolving around the rx7600, ryzen 5 7600 and 32 gigs of corsair ddr5 since those are the parts im planning on using
I have a question about the RX 7900 XTX, it's ray-tracing capabilities aren't as good as the Nvidia cards, but is it possible this will be improved through driver updates? Or can it only be better if the actual hardware is improved?
Ray tracing is overrated bro. Cuts your performance in half, even on Nvidia cards and rely on upscaling to even have decent frames. Most games that have ray tracing just implement it and aren't even optimized.
@katser5023 ray tracing settings are customizable, so it doesn't just simply cut your performance in half. In a game like Control, where the ray tracing is pretty significant, where you would get 4k 120fps, enabling all forms of ray tracing only drops you down to roughly the 80-90fps territory. And that's with every single setting completely turned to their peak, which in most cases, is unnecessary, since that game even supports ray tracing on debris for destruction effects. RTGI, RTAO, RT Reflections and Shadows are typically the main targets, and in most cases, will not cut performance in half on a high-end RTX card. It really just comes down to user preference whether ray tracing is necessary or not. Now I do agree that optimization leaves a bit to be desired, but an Nvidia GPU is the go-to for anyone that wants to scratch that ray tracing itch.

I have a 4060, and it runs 1440p with zero issues. even with ray tracing being used. people rag on the 4060, but it is really a fine card for the money, no complaints from me.
Zero issues now sure. Two-three years from now though and I hope the 1% lows aren't atrocious on that graphics card due to the limited VRAM. You can already see that happening in certain triple A games on the 3070. Unless you're playing basic games like Valorant, League, Apex, CS2, that are cake to run.
In my country, high tier RX 7900 GRE has the same price as low/mid tier RTX 4070s staying at $650, what should I take, mostly play 1440p AAA games, many thanks
7900xt over the 4070ti super anyday also, why doesnt he keep the same logic comparing the 7900xt to the 4070ti super and the 7900xtx to the 4080 super? recs the 4070ti super because he thinks anyone spending that much wants the best ray tracing but then continues to rec the 7900xtx which has worse rtx performance than the 4080 super?
I saw a 7900xtx for $700 and INSTANTLY copped. Is it worth me even CONSIDERING any other card (namely the 4070ti super for dlss, frame gen, and RT) or should I just thank my lucky stars and be grateful (paired w a 7800x3D)
While on paper the 7900XTX should be better than the 4080S, the drivers and Nvidia tech honestly make the 4080S the better buy IMO. I was highly disappointed with AMD's driver support, especially when it came to VR. I really wanted to fully switch to Team Red but it just didn't work out.
Hi @Scattervolt. (20:21)Are any of these GPU are good with the 7800x3D? Do you have a video on price range of GPU and performance that works best only with 7800x3d? First time PC builder trying to get my parts list together (buying parts piece by piece) and ready to boot my prebuilt Alienware PC. Only part I have so far for my H6 Flow tower is the motherboard. Trying to build a 1440/4K and handle COD & GTA6. Also, what I have on my Amazon list are a 32gb DDR5 ram, NZXT Kraken RGB 360, and NXZT fans.
Would you say its ok to get a 4060 GPU to go into a 2nd pc that'll be used just for capturing and streaming off a main pc that is running a 3090 strix?
I am between choosing the 4080 Super and 7900 XTX for my first build. I would use it for productivity (game development, machine learning softwares etc) but for gaming equally. Which one would you use in that matter? Can you help me a little bit to get this straight? Thank you!
Without ray tracing, 7900xtx is hit or miss against the 4080s, but with ray tracing involved, 4080s hands down. All comes down to your preference of use.
@bombard8325 even better. I debated on getting a 4090 over a 4080 Super, but I couldn't justify spending an additional $600-700+tax for give/take 25% more performance. The 4090 is amazing, but for most cases, it's complete overkill for my aim. Glad you found a deal on one. If I could've got one for cheaper than $1600, I probably would've went for it.
i feel like ray tracing in these last few gens has been nothing short of a "Beta" or a "preview" or some might say even a gimmick. Most games made these days look GREAT without ray tracing, specially the reflections and shadows. I feel like it adds no value to a graphic card imo until it matches the performance and fps of native. Until then focus on vram and clock speeds and youll be the happiest gamer around for a long while.
I’ve found amd drivers have crashes at start up for fallout 3 and new Vegas when trying to start the game and on fallout 4 it freezes when you finish main story. I tested my Rx 5600xt and a buddy tried on his Rx 6600xt the I put in an old gtx 1050ti and it runs all fallouts no issues. For amd drivers you have to rollback your 23.x.x
Here in my country, 7600 xt, 4060 and 6650 xt are of a similar price, 4060 being the lowest. Which one should i get? 6700 as well but, its more expensive than the ones i mentioned above, around a 100 dollars more
funny thing i have a asus tuf 3060 my friends bought the 4070 version and has been having issues since he got it and he spent 800 i spent 400 he cant seem to get more then 100 fps on the lowest settings even in 1080p idk what hes doing wrong or if its just his gpu but at the end of the day any 3060 under 300 isnt to bad when u consider prices over the past few years and eh im not impressed with 4060s that arnt 16gb cards which are around 500 bucks rn

The RTX 3070ti they give warranty till 2027. I know most of you guys will come at my neck for going to 8 gigs vram but I'm playing at 1080p with 240hz. Plus it's hard to find the Rx 6800 or 6800xt even 3080 10gb will cost more in Malaysia. After considering the price after I trade my old GPU and the warranty, am I taking an L or W?
3000 series is out of stock. Obviously they got more expensive than they should ve to be. The upgrade to a 3070ti would give you about 25% more performance. Idk if its worth in your Country. if you are looking for a good price value gpu from nvidia, the 4070 super prob might be the choise. If you want to stay at nvidia and its more worth to pay this gpu trade than go for it.

It's not the drivers that cause old games like gta V to run poorly on Intel graphics cards, it's their lack of directX 10 & 9. So the card emulated directX 10 & 9 to play old games👍

What is your thoughts of the 3070 or 3070 Ti (with r5 5600)?
In my country, high tier RX 7900 GRE has the same price as low/mid tier RTX 4070s staying at $650, what should I take, mostly play 1440p AAA games, many thanks
7900xt over the 4070ti super anyday also, why doesnt he keep the same logic comparing the 7900xt to the 4070ti super and the 7900xtx to the 4080 super? recs the 4070ti super because he thinks anyone spending that much wants the best ray tracing but then continues to rec the 7900xtx which has worse rtx performance than the 4080 super?
Will gpu prize go down in future this year can you tell me bro when it goes down? At what time Any amd upcoming gpus? Love from India🇮🇳 ❤
So conflicted between the 7900 GRE and the 4070 Super, the decision is SO HARD
Do you care about ray tracing?
Yes = 4070S
No = 7900 GRE
That’s it
I saw a 7900xtx for $700 and INSTANTLY copped. Is it worth me even CONSIDERING any other card (namely the 4070ti super for dlss, frame gen, and RT) or should I just thank my lucky stars and be grateful (paired w a 7800x3D)
I’m no PC expert, but the only only thing I’d do in in your position is to sell it to me for $750 and then you make a profit
Drivers are on par
Nvidia has features though
Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900X Processor (12X
3.7GHz/64MB L3 Cache)
Motherboard: ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4 - ARGB
Header (1), USB 3.2 Ports (8 Type-A), M.2 Slot (3)
Memory: 32 GB [8 GB x4] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - Certified Major Brand Gaming Memory
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT - 16GB (VR-Ready)
Case Lighting: None
Power Supply: 1000 Watt - Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-1000MPCGUS-1 - 80 PLUS Gold, Modular
What should upgrade.
bought a arc a750 last week, it's around $250 in my country and believe it or not, thr 3060 12gb costs $400
IS that 4070 ti pny, in the thumbnail any good? here in my country its the same price as rtx 4070 super
Same price? Get it.
The 7800X3d is the fastest gaming cpu on the market
It can utilize any GPU you want
@@ScatterVolt - Thank you so much. 🙂
i notice you mention nvdia frame generation but you didn't mention fsr 3.0 and its practically the same
Would you say its ok to get a 4060 GPU to go into a 2nd pc that'll be used just for capturing and streaming off a main pc that is running a 3090 strix?
i basically stole an open box 7800xt for 325.00 .(pretty sure it was new had the clear film and everything on it )
RX 6650 xt is going for 170$ on amazon
I really wana build a pc soon but should i just wait til cyber monday for a deal on a graphics card? Or is rn a really good time to buy
What's your budget on GPU? 7800xt looks like the best price per performance and 6800
I am between choosing the 4080 Super and 7900 XTX for my first build.
I would use it for productivity (game development, machine learning softwares etc) but for gaming equally.
Which one would you use in that matter? Can you help me a little bit to get this straight? Thank you!

If you were just gaming and didn't care about ray tracing then xtx for raw power and 24gb vram, but......
Without ray tracing, 7900xtx is hit or miss against the 4080s, but with ray tracing involved, 4080s hands down. All comes down to your preference of use.
@@frantz4g63 Thanks! I rather got the 4090, because there was a huge deal in my country on the MSI Ventus 3X, which was a steal.
I just got a Radeon 6800 XT for 379 euro and Im pretty happy with that. Lets see how it goes tho :D
I might be biased here, but the RX7900GRE is the best deal, in my opinion.
Not biased. Now with even more discounts at $520 it's worth noting in my next gpu update video.
@@ScatterVolt just because I own one I think it's the best lol.
*worth noting
@@ScatterVolt oookay then.
Kinda odd , i have no issues playing GTA 5, 1080p with my a770 16g limited edition gpu
6700 as well but, its more expensive than the ones i mentioned above, around a 100 dollars more
RTX 4060
funny thing i have a asus tuf 3060 my friends bought the 4070 version and has been having issues since he got it and he spent 800 i spent 400 he cant seem to get more then 100 fps on the lowest settings even in 1080p idk what hes doing wrong or if its just his gpu but at the end of the day any 3060 under 300 isnt to bad when u consider prices over the past few years and eh im not impressed with 4060s that arnt 16gb cards which are around 500 bucks rn
How good is a new arc A380 for £100?
I've never blinked at a 3060 I'm shocked to hear they are best selling lol
XfX cards are up to 40 percent off rn on Amazon
Hey guys, my PC Specs are:
I5 12400f
MSI pro b660 wifi ddr4
Delta force 3600 cl16 32gb ram
3tb storage
Thermal take smart bm2 750w
Igame Rtx 3060ti dual fan
Which I bought secondhand from shop here in Malaysia for about 530 ish USD. All the parts still under warranty 1 to 2 years.
Now I'm thinking to upgrade my GPU to Rtx 3070ti igame Vulcan OC for about 138 USD after I trade in my Rtx 3060ti from the same computer shop.
6800 wasnt really available and more expensive then the 7700xt in the netherlands. So I went with the 7700XT
i fuck with u bro. u aint a nerd and u spitting fax
Now that we are aware Intel Is GREAT i have 4 a770 left 16 gig Will not sell them They are GREATNES IN a Box. 2 bi-frost 2 arc limited. Now before i tell you why they are GREAT is haveing used this 1 for over 1 yr Going thru a mess of driver problems This GPU has been on for Most of the year maybe off 3 or 4 days , My system runs 24 -7 and i had Issues with over heating - BUT i found out why If you use a spliter on the Power input it will overheat (* BUT if you fun 2 Power cables from the PSU to the GPU it runs alot cooler*) mine runs 12 to 18 Degrees cooler now . I have a 1600 Watt PSU Open case with a ac unit in the room Temp stays around 65 to 78 . Before the temp was 92 to 102 . Damn thats HOT.
got a 3070 for 200usd waiting to upgrade to new gen gpus to come out so others go down in price 😊
Great video
Thanks mate
i have so many conclusion ,which one is batter for me , my config 5700x cpu gpu 5700xt ( 6700xt or 6800xt ?? or 7600xt 16gb ??
im playing only valorant and cs2 ... should i change something
Get that fastest GPU of the three
Currently on amazon 4070 TI OC by gigabyte is 440$…. 51% off
Look at the seller. It’s some random Chinese account that sells the most random of things.
It’s a scam.
Bro which gpu i buy in this 2 rtx 3060 12gb or arc 750...?
Hi I’m looking to upgrade my prebuilt I’ve had for a while now. I have gtx 1660 and ryzen 5 3400g. I was looking at a rtx 3070 and I play 1080p but I was just wondering if you could give any advice on how to go about an upgrade.
Get one of the gpus from this video that’ll work with the power supply that came with your prebuilt. Google “gpu name” + recommended PSU and see if your current PSU can support the graphics card you want.
thoughts on the intel arc a770? seems to be pretty cheap rn
planning to buy this too, the lack of talk about this gpu us driving me nuts it's really cheap in my region too
Thank you!
Can you please make a pc part picker list containg rx 6800 please.. and if you do decide to make it please share the link the reply section

Got an 7900xtx for $800 on amazon new!
I have a rx6600XT nitro + i love it
here 4070 super is about 630€ , 7900 gre is about 560€ , so should i go for nvidia or is there maybe another alternative? thanks in advance!
Wait for prime day
idk what to get Rx 7600 or RTX 4060 or Rx 7600 XT or ARC a770
It's not the drivers that cause old games like gta V to run poorly on Intel graphics cards, it's their lack of directX 10 & 9. So the card emulated directX 10 & 9 to play old games👍
Bought 6800 a couple days ago for 283 🙏
