Generally what you want to do is record the tracks separately, and play the backing track in your headphones when you are playing so that the backing track is clean and sounds good. You need to have a multi-track recording setup to do this. But you can use software like Reaper or Audacity which are free (or have a free version.)

Is there a certain speaker or amp that is not too expensive that would work well with this pickup ?
The fishman amps are especially good for amplifying violins.
