Kawhi 3 works for me. I'm a big guard. Baron Davis-type. The cushion and step in comfort feel great on my feet. If you’re less the 175lbs don't bother. Kawhi is a big guy and he needs a shoe that will hold up to his stature.
100% agree. I’m a Kawhi stan, so Imma buy any shoe him and NB come out with, but I’m on the bigger size of guards, at least I think. I’m 6’1”, 195lbs, so I need a lot of cushion, lockdown, and impact protection. I like court feel, but it’s not quintessential to me. Kawhi 1s were solid, had a great bite, great lockdown, and felt good, even though they were pretty stiff. Kawhi 2s had better cushion and similar traction, but they weren’t durable. I never had any fraying, but the cushioning bottomed out mad quick for me, due to how often I hoop. Big expectations for the Kawhi 3!
Kawhi's shoes has a lot of colourways. The I and II were really good for me cos I could wear different colours to fit different outfits. It wasn't just a basketball shoe it is a multipurpose fit. Other NBA shoes aren't multipurpose. I'm not talking about Basketball and Gym. After the Kawhi's, I like the XY shows from NB and also I like the Steph's
Crazy how Sammy didn't notice that the pattern underneath the translucent outsole, together with the triangle placement, kinda looks like a dinosaur footprint...a Raptor footprint specifically 👀👀 *hint hint*
I got this shoe, don't play basketball but prefer basketball shoes for regular use. I go a half size down most of the time in Jordan retros as my foot is a little narrow. I like a pretty 1 to 1 fit and these felt narrow and tight around my arch. Also the heel tends to slip a bit for me when going true to size because I can't tie them tight enough to really lock down right because they were tight on foot. I really love the look of the shoe too so it was a bit disappointing
I got the new money Kawhi 2's... I think they're sexier than these... even the goosebump color way are harder than these. Also did the designers forget he dont play for the raptors anymore?
These look like the Wow 1 or 2 the one with stingray skin on but I think Kawhi s shoes are getting better aesthetically they will go on sale eventually 160 is a lot
the upper looks like it took inspiration from the original Jordan XI low. nothing about this says $160 shoe to me. Kawhi is so irrelevant bc of resting every season that its very much like adidas trying to sell the DRose at the top of the line when the guy could never be healthy. I dont know if Kawhi ever sold shoes but now its over. NB has to go through the motions til that disaster of a contract expires. I think they would do better if their flagship model didnt have Kawhi as an endorser. to me he's a negative for sales. starting to miss the days when NB made fantastic products with NO endorsers.
