When property has passed to buyer...how the unpaid seller has right of lien or resale???

Property transfer means transfer of ownership only in writing (bills , through a contract etc) the goods are still with the unpaid seller...in lien the seller can refuse to hand over the goods to the buyer even if they are registered on the buyer's name....in resale also goods are still with him and he can notify the buyer via notices that if the buyer doesn't complete the payment in the given period of time as per notice then the seller can RESALE THE GOODS to other person....the term resale is used as earlier he sold the goods to the buyer but as he didn't get paid he AGAIN sold the goods but this time to someone else (if the buyer didn't complete the payment)
