The length of track they supply with the set would be more suited to 1/32 scale cars, allowing them to get up a little speed down the straights. Looking forward to watching you expand the track to make the most of the room available to you.
Suggest you use the full digital capability and turn down the speed for the cars. It'll help smooth out your driving. Double the size of your track by buying another 1:24 set. Cheaper in the long run. Trust me on that. When you add up the cars, track, controllers, it costs more to buy by the add-ons. And welcome to the rabbit hole that is slot car racing.

Great starter set. I started with the Born to Perform 124 set.
