Emefa mentioned TRUST. That's at the core of the Tribunal reintroduction. Trust in leadership is everything... it creates speed and reduces cost. NDC seems to be prioritizing justice and its speed over cost
Obviously Tua Yeboah will not support the tribunal. We all know where his allegiance is. There was no substance in his argument. The other learned law lecturer too made no sense. I thought he was matured and will know better. Unfortunately his argument is nothing but bulldadash. He was talking about the fact that we are now in a constitution era. What nonsense! Britain uses a constitution too. But there are pubic tribunals here. What is he talking about ? I live in Britain and I'm saying this for a fact. If public tribunals are that bad why is Britain still using it? What nonsense!
U guys think ghanians are fools? We are not going to use the courts where Akufu Addo’s booth leaker’s are there to drag cases for eternity… the tribunals is the way to go to seek a speedy justice for the people of Ghana!

Joy FM has started it again. Government directed food should be removed from Tema and distributed to schools. These directives came just two days ago, but here is Joy FM blaming the government of delays already.

The NPP can now keep it high and Supreme Court with it judges😂😂😂. We the people of Ghana will use the tribunal
😂
Very very good about tribunals
Our court systems delay cases for quite a long time and there's a saying that justice delay, justice denial.
Nobody should be scared of the tribunals coming back if you no you have nothing to hide.
How can you be asking an opposition failed Deputy AG about what the current president want to do. The tribunals must come.
I thought he would resigned with AG Godfred. Isn't he part of the team that was trying hard to jail Ato
@mkwei83 he was part, and because they are afraid of accountability, if not what is their worries about the tribunals.

The Tribunal is good for Ghana to deal with akroonfooo in Ghana
The Tribunal level is the way to go,its brings transparency,of late the trust in the judicial is gone
PARTICIPATION MEANS THE JURY SYSTEM.
@jokos1384 thanks for educating them.

It because of how you MPP using court to intimidated people
PNDC?
ALL ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IS VESTED IN THE JUDICIARY NOT THE EXECUTIVE
@jokos1384 But it's the Executive that appoints judges for our courts to administrate those justice. Or you forget?
@SOGtv-76 THE EXECUTIVE ONLY APPOINTS JUSTICES OF THE SUPERIOR COURTS.
Now everyone's month is on zipped now for criticism
We are not going to return to the PNDC kangaroo courts. This is not what Ghanaians voted for.
