Between the radios of the remaster and the original, I like the OG radio noise better. This is still a really great mission and look really good in the remaster.
This is the only mission that has the wrong Vasquez model. It’s the correct head but all the other missions have the shape from the OG. Wish they had caught it before release, it’s one of my only pet leaves with MWR.

We need a modern military shooter that uses the US marines for door kicking boots on the ground missions. The US Army for the special warfare missions you the navy for like ship to ship warfare and then the air force for air strike missions. The USAF can be like really really short mission that revolve around fighting middle eastern military air forces, air strikes and drone escort missions. You can use the marines for building to building heavy fighting missions and vehicle missions with LAVs and tanks And have like a delta force team that does a lot of night infill ops or a ranger team that raids airbases, supply bases or rescues spec ops teams from missions that go bad. Basically a game that plays like a cross between call of duty, battlefield, 6 days in falluja (I can not for the life of me remember how to spell it)/ and a game that plays lie arma is some capacity.
This is the late 2000s where the black hawks are still in service and was made iconic during a certain US mission in Somalia, thus their usage here in COD4 adds to the authenticity.
Too bad they kept the wrong M4 with wrong red dot sight. Front sight post should not have been removed and red dot should have been Aimpoint CompM2 (M68 CCO), also PEQ-2 would have been on front top rail not left side. Winchester 1200 was never used by USMC, Mossberg M590 should have been in it's place.

That makes no sense. So a few sights got changed, big deal. Either they didn’t have the right textures on hand or simply didn’t have enough time. As far as certain other inaccuracies are concerned, they’re so negligible that they might as well not even be given the time to talk about. Plus, it’s an FPS game, these things are put out on a yearly basis, do you honestly give a shit?
And as far as I’m aware, Marines don’t tend to do fast rope insertions, or fly in via Blackhawk helicopters. It would honestly have made more sense for them to be Rangers or regular Army. Least that way ir would be tied in with MW2 better

this is call of duty modern warfare 1, Let me explain it in a simpler way without comparing with other games Just look at the very last frame and look at the differences from the windows. In this particular scene they added a whole tree and the exterior lightning from outside and changed Henry's clothes to be more realistic, added blood more facial animation and probably even more. Think of it like this: You buy an house that you like but it is a little old and is in need of some repair and/or renovation, or maybe it isnt in your style, or you want to add something to it like an extension. You can choose to paint over some walls if they are faded and be done with it. ( like a remake ) Or take some walls down and rebuild it to your liking with an extension or a new kitchen if you want. ( like a remastered ), BUT the foundation and most of the construction of the original house ( mo-cap ) has to stay intact, or the house will collapse. Thats what they did here. They kept the motion capture acting, but changed and improved the set and characters with newer, up to date graphics and lightning They will without to do that with a remake. That was only re-painting the walls with the same color. Now they renovated the whole building They rebuilt the games on a whole engine change or new engine which makes about call of duty modern warfare 1 they rebuild from the ground up about call of duty modern warfare 1 they chose to re-build most of the game in this way cuz of the new capabilities from the NEW ENGINE would be rebuilding everything from the ground up about call of duty modern warfare 1, but it's still remastered too
They made Vasquez smaller, which kinda sucks. It was nice in the war pig mission seeing the walking tank start pushing the dumpster
