RUclipsr Cowboy Slots created step by step instructions on how to score a handpay jackpot starting with just a $100 budget. And today, I put it to the test at the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas.
Please check out his awesome channel and the original video with the method here:
• How to get a SLOT JACK...
Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for episode 2. 😜
I like the reality of actually seeing the play from the beginning and seeing that you’re not the only one not winning.
So many videos start at the bonus but don’t tell you how much they played before hitting the bonus.
When you were at 576 quarters your're suppose to pull your ticket out and move to a different slot. That is good stratergy I believe Cowboys slots also referred to. Play for the high and not the low . You played for the low on the same slot. Try it next time you play.
After seeing how hard even playing the max didn’t get her to doubling her $100, I wonder if she should have cashed out at the win around $150.
Thanks for your comment….. I won’t watch the rest of the video. The method has not worked for me yet but I do have fun trying.
Just for clarification when you start with the 25 cent, he says to play up to 5 credits and no more.
So you could play on a one line machine at 2,3,4 or 5 credits as well.
No biggie on how to play it but just wanted to clarify for anyone wanting to try this.
Correct!
200 credits on .25 denom is 50.00
What is the max bet on step two?
@@godisgood5038 Step 2 is after you double your initial 100 to 200, you put 100 away to keep, and you put 100 into a $1 denom machine and play one credit. So you get 100 spins and you are trying to get to 300 or at least close.
@@godisgood5038one credit $1
Yes! His methods worked for me many times ! Love his channel with Marc!
Love seeing these videos with the lower bets, as it's so much more relatable to how I play - thanks so much for putting this one together!
Could have decided that once it got back down to $100 or $80 to cash out and moved on to another machine.
Unless there are a ton of different games, moving to the same game on a different machine is a waste of time because the RNG is going to be the same.
Anyway, it's really difficult to win $100 on a $1.25 because you'd have to get a really good line hit of over 400 credits right when you sat down. If you know double diamond's pay table then you know double, double 7 pays 320 and that hardly ever hits. The best you could hope for is double, double triple bars and that just pays 160 which is only $40.
You really need to set your high and low limits. Dont go chasing the doubling. Dont go chasing the high wins. Doing either will make you lose. You get what you can and move on. Sometimes you get lucky but most of the times not so lucky. Roll with the punches and be smart. Dont let the thought of wanting to win big. Make you lose it all.
You need a lot of luck on your side as well. Low, medium or high volatility machines will make or break you depending on how your luck is running. I have seen high machines payout like they were broken & low machines take hundreds of $$$ & not do a payline but a few times. Over time, they all take your money. And that is why casinos have them.
I've had those 3 reel "low volatility" slots take all my money with no line hits. 😂
@@chellyspin Exactly!! It is ALL luck. But I guess folks need to believe in something so they can feel good.
@@jefox68 cowboy slots is so against dragonlink but my biggest handpay and wins have all been from dragonlink 😆😆😆😆
These old school 3 reel slots only take my money. 🫠
Didn’t work for me either, I tried the exact same machines and similar ones. Tried this method at three different casinos, hasn’t worked yet. Not giving up though… maybe one day!
Cowboy tells you right at the beginning, if you are using this method it's all or nothing. You're going to double your $100 or lose it. That's why it's called gambling. It's a lot like fishing if you think about it.
i have thought about it and how is it like fishing. the water never takes fish you brought to put in there
i have learned that when the machine, gives you that giant hope of like double diamond double diamond, and then nothing... for several spins. it is to keep you playing to think you are going to get it.. you had maybe 8 instances where the pay-off would have been huge if it hit.
Good video! Thanks for sharing this with us! It serves as a good reminder that no slot machine method - not even Cowboy Slots' handpay method, is guaranteed to win money! When I tried his method, I used a single line quarter Triple Double Diamond machine. I was able to double my money on the quarter machine (playing 3 quarters per spin), but lost on the second machine I played. Best of luck gambling in the future!
Cowboy slots tells us not to chase the jackpot. But isn’t that what his method does?
His method seems to take the fun out of just enjoying the game and being surprised when you hit a bonus.
I don’t have the big budget these other “giant win” videos have.
You played like a champ, never gave up! It was exciting for me to watch.
Haven't seen all of Cowboy Slots' videos yet, but I play a lot like him and like the same types of machines. Pinball, Blazing 7's, etc. The shorter the payout table is, the better. That way when you hit something it will be a decent payout to hopefully double you up so you can advance to a higher denomination machine. 👍
I follow Cowboy Slots and I'm looking forward to trying out his method. Too bad it didn't work for you today, as they say Timing is everything! I will watch your next video to see if it worked on a different machine.👍🎰
I tried it and it worked on this first step
I want my 6 minutes back.....that's as far as I made it. Oooohh LET'S GO!!! = break even win
Agreed. It's nice to get the bet back, but its definitely not exciting.
@@Sammmeowher commentary is very difficult to hear for more than two mins.
One of his rules is to not chase the jackpot.
But this method is exactly doing that.
This just barely kept her even with nothing exciting.
Almost like just killing time with diminishing returns.
😶🔫
His method also includes giving yourself a number to walk away and find another machine.
Exactly. I think I would have taken the $140
No, I’m pretty sure he says the first step is you either double it or walk away with nothing!! The next steps is taking your winnings and walking away, but not the first step.
The original $100 budget method says double your money or sink the $100.
@@jennifergill3795 Correct. The original video explaining the method says double or nothing, but that's not what they do on his channel now
*drops f-bomb at **12:29*
😂😂😂
Your point?
I enjoyed the video Judy go get em😄
That's what happened when I tried it too.
Where’s the next video of your trying this again?
The way Cowboy does it is he either takes it to 200 or down to 50 he never leaves without at least half the bankroll the minute it was $50 you should've cashed out.
That's what they do on his channel, but that's not what his original video explaining the method said... He said in the video "double or nothing," but that's not what they do now
@@grandmaday9575 REMEMBER! He's not saying "Double or nothing" FOR EVERY MACHINE YOU PLAY. That specific method was simply for trying to double $100❗❗ It's clear you've forgotten that fact, because that method has nothing to do with trying to win jackpots. Why would he need to continue doing videos like that when it only takes a couple videos to simply demonstrate the whole point of doubling a max of $100?
That’s the highest bar too triple is highest and mix of them is lowest but a mix of bars still wins wow
You can’t find anymore 5 credit max games in casino
Should of cashed out at 145$
Desn't mean you have to stick with the same machine
His original video says to stay on the same machine until you lose or double. He doesn't even do that now in his more recent videos.
triple diamonds are better. A triple diamond pays something by itself a double diamond does not. Plus several times I have got two triples with a red seven and once three triples
I wanna play dollar or 50 cent but it goes fast 5 hand
My high goal is anything above 125. I will not go lower than 50.
What is the max bet on step two?
They say to shoot for 1% bet for 100 spins, so that would be $2 bet for $200 or $3 bet for $300, but that's not what they're doing in the recent videos they post - it's not strict like that. There's one video they posted where Mike took the $100 winnings from "step 1" and put it in a $5 machine.
Why didn't you leave that game long ago?
These machines are random. I find it interesting to see so many people trying this and when they win they believe it was the method, as if they never would have won otherwise lol. I honestly think this “method” is detrimental, cuz no one would stay on a machine that long while losing. Thanks for giving me something to watch tho lol
The machines are random but still have different RTP rates that increase with denomination. This is a *low roller* method, for a player with a $100 bankroll. The first step is to try to double that bankroll, so you can keep it and move to step 2, which is to move to a $1 machine and try to double again, wagering only $100. You could just start at step 2. The point is to choose a machine that will give you the best chance of doubling and a definition that will give you enough spins to have a decent crack at it, that's all. The whole "method" comes down to choosing the low volatility machine and a reasonable denomination.
I've wondered, though, if the probably of doubling your money this way is any higher than just putting your $100 on red at a roulette table.
@@ubizmo I hear u. And I totally understand the steps of this "method", but I have to be honest though, I'd never sit at 1 machine and lose a full hundred if I was on a budget. So I almost feel weary about this "method" anyway. I do agree u should play with profits and pocket your original cash if and when u win at a casino, always a good idea, and increasing as u go makes sense too, but the sitting at 1 machine till u lose it all or double it seems crazy to me. But hey, whatever makes people feel better about how they gamble, then go for it I guess lol.
@@originalrahmble Let's face it, if there were an "easy" or even semi-reliable way to double your money in the casino, we'd all be doing it.
As i said, you could put that hundred on red at the roulette wheel and have a 47% chance of doubling it (in an American casino). It's like to know if the odds of doing so playing $100 on a 25¢ machine are better or worse. I suspect worse.
@@ubizmo Ya It's all a gamble. Lol
@@originalrahmble remember, the goal here is not to hit a major jackpot, it's simply to double the starting amount of $100...
The let's go is gone 😂
First and final episode lol
Oh ya I saw another couple on these 5 lines and cow boy say these single line and small lines not the cartoon w bunch or ways to win or so many 4x 8x 9x I think any more then 4x on board is to many and harder
Can u bet more the. 25 cent
I think you should have tried a 1 pay line .50 or .75 ma bet .25 machine
The Cowboy Slots method says specifically to find a 5-line 25 cent machine and play all five lines
I need an intervention
Reality goal with less greedy😂
This comment session needs to take more notes. Heres the original cowboy slots budget method:
Step 1 - Find 25 cent denomination machine (5 credit max bet or lower)
Put $100 in machine
Play at max bet until you have $200 in the machine (or close to it)
Cash out and bank $100
Right, but the videos they post now say stuff that's completely different. The original video is over a year old. They don't even do that now. There's a recent video where he played a penny slot with a bonus feature. Go figure.
@@grandmaday9575 ah, I get it. They updated their method. Well, this video was created before the new method came out. What do folks expect? An old video to automatically include new stuff? Kinda weird.
@@grandmaday9575 but those videos with the penny slots & bonus games have nothing to do with the topic specifically being discussed here. Which is trying to double $100. THAT'S the ONLY goal here right now. The videos with the cartoony games with progressive jackpots have nothing to do with trying to double a $100 limit... 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Casinos are in business for the casinos, not for the players
Yyeess, bet 5, get back 2, yyyeeesss, let's go, yyyeeesss
💯
Definitely never worked for me
At that 140 is where you should have stopped. Playing than with just the 40.
You are playing it the wrong way
How is she supposed to play it?
She supposed to play it if five credits was the max bet on that machine it is not because it do work
You would of been much better off playing this machine on $1 denom or higher with your $100 your payback percentage would have increased better luck next time!
You should have went to 1.00 dollar machine after winning 400 dollars, to double that amount.
it was 400 credits on a 25-cent machine, which is $100.
I think the 25cent method doesn't work 🤔
I tried and it has never worked for me. I’ll stick to roulette.
Yupe. I did that method but got greedy.
Why are you playing down to nothing? Why not leave with something?
You do know that you are playing 1.25 a hit ?
The method says to play a 3 reel, 5 credit machine. So, 5 credits at .25 is 1.25. Lol. What's the issue?
Good try!
You are playing the wrong one that’s a five line machine play the older one line machines
His original video says to play a 5-line 25 cent machine and play all five lines.
Lol
Nowhere in @Cowboys video did he say you have to stay on the same machine. When it starts taking your money leave the machine!! Duh
The original video he posted over a year ago literally says "double or nothing." They don't play that way now
This is so boring ~~~ sad
You dont have to win the 100 all on 1 machine. If you hit 40 or more cash out find another machine
