You should visit Elmina Castle where you will see " the door of no return". That is where they ship the slaves from Ghana to send to the Caribbean. At that Jam Rock restaurant you see a pic of Nanny of the Moroons. She was one of the slaves from Ghana in Jamaica who helped other slaves
