Great build. Few queries:
1. Are you using the AC from the Baleno (which comes with 1.6 engine in Baleno). Or is it a Sanden unit? If not from Baleno, any particular reason for that?
2. Which car seats have you installed. It seems they are from luxury segment due to memory function.

We are using super king unit.... mated to baleno compressor... and we hv installed skoda superbs electronic seats

@@princerahul3320 we nvr told we get mileage of 16 on a 1.6 engine... realistic mileage is around 10-12 kmpl
Swift or any diesel engine is not successful in a gypsy.. coz of gear ratios

Any new engine has to be mated with a relative drive train else the mismatch becomes evident. I am a fan of such engine swaps and mods. It needs skills... though I still find the legality behind this project a bit doubtful. Engine and chassis numbers are usually imprinted on the body. Any change has to be rto approved and if approval has been obtained, then that means all doors are open. Recently SC has clamped down on basic car mods too. Prior to that sun films have been banned. If such simple things are not approved of, I doubt the rto will allow an engine swap.
