this is a perfect representation of "God has a plan for everyone." she had a dream to go to UCLA and she got rejected, which is totally okay. she decided to go to SDSU and not one moment when she was on that SDSU campus was she upset about it. she made the best of it and she has already made some friends. it also helps that she has a good attitude about all of this. nicole is the perfect role model for everybody now and days. this generation has attitude and negative energy (not everyone), but nicole represents how everyone should be. WE LOVE YOU NICOLE!! ❤🖤

You have the best parents. They are so supportive! I love it when you said you love your class schedule and your mom automatically agrees with you even without seeing it yet. lol She’s the best.
Just a tip I wish someone told me my first year. Always check the classes during the first couple weeks of school to see if someone dropped the class you really wanted. If there's a spot, you can alway switch.

I can't believe it! I've been following Colie since she was in 7th grade, and now she's heading off to college as a freshman. Throughout the years, Colie has been such a huge inspiration to me, and she will definitely continue to be one of my main sources of support. Keep up the good work - we love you! 💕💕🍎

colie is always so positive about everything, its really amazing to see that. there is such happiness that emanates from her, which motivates me to enjoy life and to always see the good in things as much as i can. she is going to make so many friends, and people are going to recognize how positive and happy she is. i just think its really amazing to see how a human goes through life with so much joy and positivity.
I turned 19 last month and I’ve been watching you since I was 12 years old, you made a difference in my life, you made me feel better and more productive with my life, also my first year in college, when my first week of college, I didn’t feel that good but when I watched you more, it entertained me and made me organized and my grades improved when I was watching you, im a big brother and when I watched you a lot over these years, I became more nice to my younger sister because of you. people will discourage you from being happy - especially as you transition to college. everyone experiences first semester so differently… just remember that!! be positive & i promise you’ll have a better semester than those who are looking at it with a negative attitude! the first semester is HARD, but you will learn SO much about yourself and who the Lord’s calling you to be! embrace this season of life… it’s truly such a special time!

having the ability to make your own schedule (times, classes, and profs!) is SO nice! we only have class M to Th so I have 4 classes on Monday and Wednesday and only 1 on T and Thursday!!

My orientation was on the 12 (im also going to SDSU) however i did the mistake of not researching my classes beforehand so when we were all choosing our classes i was one of the last people still in the computer lab because i was so confused. Thankfully this staff helped me to choose them so im really grateful 🙏🏼
It for sure was really stressful tho, so please be prepared 🙏🏼

What I've learned about emotions, they come in waves, so... give yourself some grace if you start to loose the exciting feeling. Glad you met some met people. Meeting people can be scaring but sounds like the people you met could potentially become friends.
