Apparently. On the water tower near the oil rig, u could also go up there without a speed pad. I tried and somehow got up there just the cola. As u said, it's very rng and the chances might drop down without the speed pad.
seraph loaction 1 you can do that on the red (orange?) car with cola, imo its easier sreaph location 2 you can actually get up there with cola and speed pad only (though it is very hard) benches and fence (railing idk) works best. ive only done it once on the bench next to the location 1 car desert bus location 4 you can do without speed pad but it is stupidly hard again only done once - every jump i listed i have done before.
Anyone else ever see people on the pipes in one of the storage areas on the pipes- it's with the garage doors and I remember seeing two ppl lagging out bots by being up there... Idk how to get there but I think you fling off of a yellow fence? Help...

Location 2 on Seraph Research dont need speed pad, speed round. All you need is a Coke and the ability to bounce off the tables
