You learn to just naturally differentiate them by their face after you watched a ton of videos of them, so don't worry, it takes a while but you'll get better at it naturally, especially with all the info of this video :D

Yes, they don't even look the same to me. I don't know if its because I'm an artist, but once I drew and painted them for people, I could tell them apart. It's really hard to explain though, when I tell someone there differences, and they be like their Identical. I'm well aware their identical, but for me, they no longer look remotely the same. Lol, maybe another artist feels the same way I do.

Laurent got extentions to help his hair grow cause he went to a salon and his hair fell out. i think the video had it wrong bout their tats on the first part ( i could be wrong) but Larry hag the twist n Laurent had the afro.

MY TIPS (when they work) Laurent has lighter hair, complexion and lips, he is more slender and tends to dress more wacky/feminine, he has slightly bowed legs and his back arches a bit more. Larry is more broad in the face and chest, he has a small cut near his right eye and top right lip, he is more long legged/straight legged and usually wears fitted jeans and sweatshirts/hoodies more. Also he still wears the black beads/most rings (skulls), he dresses more street/hip hop than Laurent.

Don't worry about it. I started becoming their fan last December and I couldn't tell them apart at first too. But watch enough videos and you'll start to "see" the differences, and pretty soon you can even tell them apart just by looking at their backs, or their fingers, or whatever. It took me about a week of nonstop video bingeing to finally get that "click" in my mind. Might be different for you. But don't sweat it. :)

The best way to tell them apart is look at their dance styles and notice that Larry wears his black beaded neckless. Lau sometimes wears his Black and White Beaded neckless. Larry is more Hip hop dance style, while Lau is more universal with every dance style. Larry is universal as well but Lau will do the back drop down and Larry will not attempt to do that. Larry always try to tell Lau to take it easy. LOL! Larry is the Beat killer of all styles. I have been watching these twins since 2009. My twins are almost identical to the Les Twins. But my sons can't dance...LOL!

1. If you have a look at this first pic before the video starts (1:10 and before):
Laurents face on the right is slightly more narrow than larrys.
2. Laurent has ALLWAYS longer twist than his brother.
3. Most of the time, Larrys afro is sticking out more. Lau's is a bit banana style😊 (thats just the diffrent hair structure they've got)

Think of their sleeve tattoo this way ...Larry is almost always on the left his tattoo is on his right arm (they say it wrong in the video) Laurent is almost always on the right ...his sleeve is on his left arm...so when they are facing the crowd the tattoos bookend on both their outer arms
Dreads??? Those are twists boo. Two-strand twists to be exact. HAIR: When they both have twists Lau's is longer b/c he uses extensions. When they have afros Larry's hair is darker and thicker/coarse; Lau's hair is lighter and finer. Lau's fro appears longer after taking down his twists due to it being stretched from the extensions. DANCE STYLE: Larry - controlled, precise, sharp, gangsta, focus on his incredible footwork and hits every beat. Lau - wild, fluid, spontaneous, spins, knee bends, uses full body and floor moves.

BUILD: Lau has a slightly bigger build (mass), however Larry, who is toner, may appear bigger due to this and his clothing choices (jackets, layers). FACE: Lau's face is more defined (sharper); Larry has more of a baby face, largerr nose and a scar on the right side of his eye & upper lip.
