Hi Shivani❤️ the thing is that nor I take neither I recommend taking supplements without proper blood tests and doctor’s recommendations. It can cause more health issue that way for example biotin has not enough studies to prove it helps and biotin deficiency is rare but it surely gives false thyroid test results. This is just one example. I would suggest always seeking help from a doctor or certified nutritionist/dietician. I have engineer degree and no way I am certified to recommend health supplements. That’s kind of unethical as an influencer. I do however take supplements if my doctor vitamin recommends. I also consume cosmix mix only because they are herbs and fruits in dried form but again. You have pcos please always consult nutritionist first❤️

I just come across your video !! But i got buds and berry apple cider vinegar shampoo and 2 other products one of them is their hair serum but after i received products i got to know it's serum has silicone in it now i am confused whether to use it or not!!! It claims to control frizze but i am confused because since starting of my cg knowingly I have never used silicones on my hair!

Awww thank you Nidhi! ♥️♥️ see I followed cg method strictly for many years only to later realise it holds no real meaning no regulation and everyone is doing what their hair likes because otherwise cg method says no using of oils or even shampoos! And yes no one talks about how impractical that it! So now since more than one year I have stopped following it and now I use what my hair likes and my hair is absolutely okay with silicones unlike I was made to believe it would destroy my hair 😒 real mad at thag fear mongering marketing i fell into. So use it and see how your hair responds to it. And no they dont damage hair silicones are great for hair and skin

Can the mask be used as a conditioner every time for fine hair?
Yep yep totally! Just make sure you rinse it in 1-2 mins if you do not want deep conditioning level of softening - i know that can become too much for fine hair leaving hair too soft

This usually happens when we over soften our hair with conditioner and deep conditioners. Excessively softened hair wont hold shape just like satin fabric does not. It also happens due to bleach/colour/henna/heat damage. HOWEVER, It can also be a general change in hair due to our hormones. Our hair changes pattern with age as our hormones change.

I want to know that in the end of video you said no Silicone allowed in CG METHOD, although shampoo claim the same as shampoo is free from sulphate and Silicone.

Hi Roomani! The shampoo has no sulphates or silicones - shampoo in general is not allowed in cg method only cowashing is allowed. The mask has silicones though not buildup causing or any buildup effect it left
