I rewatch La Platica often, but I’ve been coming back to this episode so much lately. I can relate so much to Benny’s mental health and fitness journey. Now that I’m at the gym more myself, I view it more as a treat now. Almost like a gift to myself, the privilege to have the ability to move and excercise my mind and body just nourishes my soul.

(I truly hope you guys read this) Ever since I’ve been working I’ve been hearing your guys podcast on Spotify for the longest even though we aren’t allowed to listen to anything while working but that’s the only escape I get from the on going thoughts in my head.I never even knew how you guys looked lol but after hearing this episode while working at Amazon warehouse I had to come home and actually watch you guys. Everything you guys said starting from 44:15sec to 55:00sec is sooo completely true. It’s an on going mentally exhausting cycle that you go through everyday for 10hrs 4days out of the week. I never related to anything so much to like how you guys explained how it can be working at a warehouse. People may look at me crazy for laughing by myself but you guys truly keep me going on my work days even if it’s me getting a warning for having AirPods on. Thank you guys for making my work days better.
