Next time you do one of these with the graphs could you put the vertical line on the left so they both start from the green. It makes it easier to understand at a glance! Also I love the graph idea thank you! 📈
@CozyRivals yeah and the labels make no sense the bottom line is titled Easy to Learn the right line is titled Hard to Master like what? You explain it properly but 5 mins iniI have to remember what you said as opposed to what my eyes are showing me
Dr. Strange is actually the hardest character to master, because he more than anyone requires the hardest skill in the game: actually coordinating your team
here's a tip that I don't see people using. When you change into the other opponent as loki. Most people instantly starts supermove they got from the opponent. Now for the most part, this is fine. But transformation supermoves will increase the shapeshift timer. For example. When you copy Captain America, you can spend time as him first. And when the timer almost runs out, do his supermove. The timer is increased by fourteen seconds. If it's a normal supermove like a blast or a melee move. It were increases by seven seconds. So basically when you change into the opponent. Do some stuff as the opponent first. Then use the supermove. I hope this is useful. P s the best one to take for this is iron fists. Because he's good in his base form. And in his supermove. It's like thirty seconds of destruction.
It should be “Effort to Learn” and “Effort to Master”. The comparing terms are consistent and therefore intuitive, imo. The chart was a great idea for a visual. It’s quick and impactful, and then it makes it easy to consolidate all of them into one graphic for comparison. Good info and presentation for new players
I know the Spiderman combo, i KNOW it. Spent several hours in the practice range perfecting it, getting it commited to muscle memory. And as soon as an actual match starts im wiffing all my abilities by a mile and dying to dumb decisions.
cozy is the voice of the people, going to continue to be a breath of fresh air for this game as the content creation space for it becomes more saturated with ultra-competitive content. typically with complex hero shooters like this, tier lists and strategies theorized at a top level rarely apply to the average person’s experience in the game
Off the jump, i liked panther's playstyle the most, so i played him. I memorized his combos, got down his 180s decently, and had his bread & butter spear dash on muscle memory. i hopped into one game on jeff and its so much easier and one dimensional. playing one of the harder characters, especially the divers, you have to be so much better to have the same amount of value.
Man two mins into the video and I get told both my mains are one of the hardest characters to use 🤣 black widow and panther but that just makes me want to use them even more 🖤 awesome video
As a Black Panther main not for clout but bc hes the first guy I picked up and liked: I just want to say I am scared of Spiderman mains.... I have nightmares about you guys man. Y'all are crazy. Kudos lol
I feel like "easy to understand" would make more sense than "learn", there is no way widow should be double red. You look at her kit and you instantly know what you should be doing (clicking heads, easy to understand), learning how to aim is the hard to master part.
Why is Wolverine so bad bro 😢. They gotta give him a sprint ability, a bit more range on his attack, and some passive healing that kicks in if “X” amount of time isn’t damaged. Love the vids cozy
I feel like he's fine as is, except for the fact his cooldowns are way too long, ESPECIALLY his Regenerative Healing Factor passive, on a game where if the enemy plays well you can die almost every 15 seconds, a minute long cooldown passive is worth almost nothing. Give his passive, Shift and RMB skills shorter cooldown, it doesn't even need to be that much, and I think he'll be much better with a simple change.
He does like no real damage and his leap misses 9 times out if ten. Virtually any healer can out heal all the damage you do so your enemy is gaining health while you attack them even in rage mode. He sucks right now.@@ryean8212
been focusing on learning SpiderGoat. He's super difficult but I like the challenge, and getting the kills with combos that you practice for hours in the solo practice range is super satisfying and very rewarding.
My teammates actually struggle with Luna Snow to an extreme degree. They seem to think it's always best to stand in front of the team, never look back, and only ult when they're standing atop a pile of their team's corpses.
As a Venom main Wolverine is scary if someone realizes he is a tank buster. Was in a game where Wolverine was defending the objective and shredding the tanks in seconds. Most Wolverines suck because they try to rush the back line and don’t realize his damage is based on the enemies health.
I've been playing quite a few DPS and switching to support depending on the team loadout. I find Star-Lord & punisher easy to pickup but surviving long enough to contribute very difficult.. I've had matches I've got 20+ kills and maybe 5-8 deaths.. then I've had 50 deaths 2 kills and I spend all of my time in the match running back.. The same argument can be made from rocket or Jeff you spend a lot of time healing but if you get picked off you have very little survivability
The best way to play starlord is to skirmish instead of trying to stay in the frontlines, run in, disrupt the enemy line and maybe kill a support, run back and wait for another chance
I don't play Groot that much but based on walling characters in other games there is no way Groot is that low on difficulty to master. He should be much higher, as wall placement is dynamic. You can separate a flank from the rest of his team for easy killing, separate a dive tank from his target to help the target escape, place two walls to do damage to one character, wall off a hallway where 2 enemies are entering to make the fight a 4 v 6 for a bit. Groot has to be near the top.
I think Magik is harder than Psylocke. Psylocke is safer in every way, really flexible with her range and her ult is literaly just pressing a button. Magik is the one that actually has to play like a ninja, high risk/high reward in everything she does, her dash is hard to land and very punishable if you miss, her range is really limited and her ult is not a free win (sometimes feels more like a free win for the enemy lol), really easy to mess up and throw with it.
Wolverine is under rated. I die a lot but get at least 5 kills each time...i think that's by design. To make his close quarters combat intense. Otherwise he would just be unstoppable with more health
With loki I tend to invis for a clone by my side then I’ll place one up somewhere high like on the scaffolding in the tokyo map and heal so when I’m in danger I can swap out and still heal effectively
Hey man, I'm enjoying your videos a lot. Are you planning to do character-specific learning videos? Would be great to get your take on some of these harder to learn/master characters.
the difference is that Mantis relies on the life orbs to use MOST of the abilities, and Namor only requires a NON-critical hit to reduce only the turret cooldown
I'm trying to get better at spidey (as someone who rarely plays video games) and one guy in the chat was like "Spidey do better" 💀 I wasn't doing terrible- at the end of the game I had 12 kills which really isnt that bad for spidey (Not good, but... yk)- but bro was TARGETING me he was like "spidey you suck" 🥲 It was sad I just want to be good at my favorite character...
When I wanna play the game on easy mode I go punisher, but when I'm try harding I play Wolverine, it just hits different catching dubs with the "Worst character in the game"
Spider man is my favorite marvel character and it is painful to know I will not be good enough to use him cause his kit is not something I am good at. 😢
This is the only reason I haven’t gotten into this game as much as I’d like. It’s way too difficult to learn everything. Makes my damn brain hurt. It’s too much. Can’t just play and be smart and learn. Feels like playing Mortal Kombat or Tekken.
I feel like WS is pretty easy to learn, just spam some cooldowns and shoot. Def hard to master though with the ult. Also cozy can you make some gameplay vids?
I don't think Hawkeye and Hela are that hard to master. If you have a good game sense which comes by playing the game a lot with any hero, all you need to do then is to click heads, and thats it, which in and of itself isn't that hard either.
Squirrel Girl should be top left. Easier to pick up, very hard to master (just like Junkrat in Overwatch). Her skill ceiling is absurdly high. FYI she's the only character not featured a single time in the Top 500 leaderboards.
watch my friend play ironman and that's all he did and it worked but I think he is harder to master I'm not really close to mastering him and most games I normally have the least deaths and second most kills. You need to learn every map to know the best cover and the best angles. In games where you are going against hitscan snipers you just need to change your play style and then he becomes very playable. you just need to have a play better which you can because he has a high skill ceiling. in my own personal opinion put him just to the right of venom in easy to learn and just bellow hulk in hard to master. Feel free to disagree.
i'd put squirrel girl higher on master only for the fact that there are a lot of flying characters in the game so you need to learn the trajectory of her launcher to deal with them
Ranking Scarlet as easy to contribute is extremely weird and makes me feel like your ranking is just bad. She's easy to learn but is a terrible character. Her aiming is easy but she is insanely easy to kill. I have not seen a SW ult go off in so long because she instantly dies. Maybe in like.. bronze? But she is a bad hero for everyone else.
Bronze is home to about 80 - 90% of the playerbase right now, so with that context it’s accurate to say that she’s easy to contribute with. The overwhelming majority of players struggle to deal with Scarlet.
Next time you do one of these with the graphs could you put the vertical line on the left so they both start from the green. It makes it easier to understand at a glance! Also I love the graph idea thank you! 📈
Sure thing thanks for the feedback! The next version of this guide will be MUCH cleaner, this was more of a concept.

@SwiftbladesMike ultimate. Sorry, i'm a fighting game guy, so that's what we call it.

Just like mastering your combos in a fighting game, lol
I'm not aloneeeee. Nothing beats swinging around and terrorizing tho 🤣

Without Looking who do you think is the Easiest & Hardiest to Master
I feel like scarlet witch is super easy, you just gotta know how to press your primary fire and invis
Wanda’s easiest and spideys the hardest
Wanda and spidey, but honorable mention is Loki for hardest. His skill ceiling is incredibly high
Scarlet and Spiderman.
Scarlet easiest, Spider-Man hardest

Spider-man being the hardest character is the biggest power move in gaming in my opinion.
Black Panther and SP//DR are already super satisfying to play.
Only my beloved Black Widow is not yet where she deserves to be.
This is so helpful!
Is that ONE PIECE music???
A man of culture I see
As a magik main, psylocke being considered a harder character to play is very amusing
Thank you. Finally, someone put some damn respect on Spider-Man's name!
I’ve been struggling tonight with Rivals and the. I tried Namor. Nabbed two mvps.
Thanks for the video and the information. I'll be interested in seeing how the game handles buffs and nerfs to the characters.
That top right corner can go straight to hell. I’ve never felt more useless in a game before. I am not built for that kind of character.
Punisher is just call of duty mode
I've been playing quite a few DPS and switching to support depending on the team loadout. I find Star-Lord & punisher easy to pickup but surviving long enough to contribute very difficult..
