I also had to rewatch the into, he's talking so fast. Awesome! @w1ded would love to hear more recordings from these contesters. Good to have a practical example of how they work.
Great Score! The best rates I ever experienced were from V47M in the 80's on 10m. I am not sure I ever got a 400 hour but it was close. We found the best time for the Caribbean was when the cycle was just coming up or past the peak where 10m and 15m were mostly only open to the USA and VE. We ran M2 on SSB and MS on CW 3 ops on SSB and 2 on CW. It was a different time when there were very few if any permanent big contest stations in the area. We had to bring everything down that we needed. We were able to leave some stuff behind and put up a tribander at 40ft but always need to be fixed when we got back. It was a like Field day but in the Caribbean. Sadly the logs and break downs have been lost. It would be fun to go back and compare those logs to what is happening today. We came in 1st once and 2nd once on SSB. OPs K0GU, W0MU, WB0MIV (now K0JU). Deliberate interference. Great point. Ignore it completely. Never ever mention that they are bothering you or they win and will never leave you alone." W0MU
I did re-upload but left the Audio fade in place. I had a 3 minute video glitch at minute 4 that I scrambled to clean up. Should have taken the time to correct the fade but in my haste did not! Thanks for paying attention !

I just had to watch one more time just for the intro of him running so many stations so fast. I love it
Those pileups! I've experienced a similar wall of sound whilst operating from HI3LT. Great insights and a wonderful interview. 73 De HI8ESF

Thank you, Darren.
Thanks!
Thank you!!
Did you re-upload? If so, the audio fade-in at the end is the same. Looks like it's a little shorter in total length. 73 VE3GKT
