Also why wouldn't Holly say the Power of Three spell? I would get it if she didn't want to perform tricks like a dog, that's totally understandable. When Holly is so convinced that one werewolf was enough and completely forgets that they all turned into werewolves in s7, it shows how stupid it got in the later seasons :D
they ditn turn into werewolves! They turned into monsters/beasts, as they say so themselves! Paige even said : are we now demons? and piper and Phoebe said no, it must be the blue moon! Meaning it's not demonic so not a werewolf but just a magical transformation! They also did not look like werewolves at all! They looked like beats looking dogs!
