Come along with us as we pull a daily double and do two excursions in Dominica! First we go looking for Dolphins, Whales, and Sea Turtles by Zodiac Boat. Then we head off into the mountains to find the stunning Titou Gorge and then relax in natural hot springs. This is easily one of our favorite cruise days ever - hope you enjoy with us.

We really didn't know much about Dominica before we went but it is likely to stay as one of my favorite Caribbean ports for a long time. So beautiful! Enough tourist things to keep you busy and fed but not enough to commercialize it too much

IMHO the southern Caribbean has the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. You chose the best size ship to visit the islands. I will be sad to see RCI move the smaller ships out of the fleet as they age. They have so much more character than the Oasis/Quantum class. Dominica is beautiful. Lush green and tropical. Thanks for sharing such a great video.
Totally agree with you. They definitely don't get the love they deserve because of the distance from Florida it seems. I really hope they keep some of the older/smaller ships to allow these types of itineraries, unless they end up doing it with the larger ship I suppose. Thank you so much

I’ve run out of superlatives. Loved seeing all the dolphins because I love them and I think they love people. I’ve seen them on the trip over to Catalina and from the window of my Amtrak train from San Luis Obispo to Anaheim where they raced the train when it was close to the shore. I’ll admit that I cried when you showed them. I’ll also admit I’m a little bit tipsy so sorry fir the ramble. Love your vlogs and thanks for sharing.
Oh wow that is amazing - so glad to bring that emotion from this! Dolphins were the one piece i was looking forward to most going into this day - I had never seen them in the wild and then for them to come so close to us was amazing!!! Thank you so much for sharing!
There’s always a way to do things ,I feel that you to are going in the right direction in how you proceed with everything you guys do.1.you tell everyone how you see things 2.you try get some of people to see their some great food places to visit and eat at.

This cruise was a great itinerary for more rustic island adventures. The ship was IMO, not your favorite type. It had some highlights, but mostly not so much. Just a shuttle to your island adventures. We loved the ABC islands closer to the top of South America. We flew to Puerto Rico and headed south. We have been offered free cruises in the past, but never accepted due to ship size and itinerary. Thank you for sharing your experiences. Well Done!

I hope this island is not ruined by tourism. I think their country should have eco tourisium which will generate alot of income into its country with a low impact of drestroying the prestine country as Naturalists want to see birds and wildlife. That is vanishing all parts of the world and if this is saved and caputred for people who want to see and photograph these endemic birds it would be a Jewel for a growing travel experience.
I think it is too remote to become a regular visit but IS citizens so I would think it’s pretty safe

That’s nice. For the tubing did you have to do any big hikes to get there and was it mostly swimming.
No hikes, minimal swimming honestly, just riding in the tube. Water could have been a little bit deeper though when we went

Very friendly - they even tried to sell us Marijuana in the market 😳😳haha but seriously the locals were so nice on all the islands of this cruise. Could not have asked for a better experience with all the people we met and dealt with

Honestly we don't remember but most places this trip did accept USD and credit cards

why do you have to exchange your towels dont they bring you new ones?
Our room attendant didn't swap them out so gotta do what you gotta do to dry off I guess. We swapped them every other day this trip, seemed fine.
