    Starting my first mech e classes in the fall and very thankful I found this channel.
    Thank you for all the work you put in to these videos.

    This is indisputably the best series for explaining BLDC motors on youtube. This should get more attention. I'm currently watching it the second time. I thank you very much! No I'd wish for another episode explaining the differences in winding.

    This series does a fantastic job simplifying the fundamentals of PMSM motors. A great supplement to my independent study project in this field.

    Degreed mech engineer, owner of half the books you show. Through the years I lost my intelligence and am finding I really don’t know much. Your series looks to be a good course for me to study to try to get some of it back. I, too, have grown tired of the internet “experts” whom derive nothing yet effervesce much.
    Thanks for your work!

    Thank you so much for making the *AWESOME* series of video to make the difficult problems easy to be understood! This series of videos is definitely the best resource about motor I found. The collection of episodes is just amazing! I learned so much from your work! Really appreciate it!

    Impressive work in terms of content, approach, visualization. The whole series, not only this video!! What software are you using for the videos...if it is not confidential of course?

      Hi thanks so much! So I use affinity designer to draw everything, then I animate it in Apple motion. Then I cut together animations in Final Cut Pro x and do voice over in logic. If you have access to Adobe products, that would be like using illustrator->after effects->premier, but I personally don’t like software subscription payment models

    Good work!
    Joust a question: isn't charged electrons negative and not positive in electricity? Or why is the electron charge positive in the wire?

    • @jtlee1108
      @jtlee1108  3 года назад

      Hi, so first off, within the sign convention that is standard, yes, electrons are negative. However, because they are negative, they flow from negative charge to positive charge. So, its standard to think of the holes the electrons leave behind as moving charges, where these holes flow from positive to negative. So really, I am kind of depicting the lack of a charged particle there. Hope that helps!

    The explanation is awesome. But I 'd like to ask if subtitle could be added. It's a little bit difficult to follow the automatically generated subtitle.

    Sacred words:
    "..., however it turns out that a lot of what's on the Internet is well less than accurate and it's not always easy to tell the difference between someone who actually knows what they're talking about and someone who just thinks they know what they're talking about."
