The only reason Levan is so powerful is because he has so much size and weight. Matching up with somebody has own size and it would be more fair of a fight. Weight classes are most fair
Brian shaw age: 42 Eddie hall age: 36 Halfthor Bjornson age: 35 Devon larratt Age :49 Levan saginashvili age: 35 Who would devon larratt train and has a chance to beat Levan?
I would say Brian Shaw. Eddie is nowhere near big enough. And halftjor is still doing strong man. Brian is retired and has time to dedicate to training
And Brian has the same shape of a bear. Doesn’t mean Brian will win but with enough time, it’s possible. If you argue that it’s not possible you are delusional and don’t understand how strong Brian is.
To me Brian and Halfthor are the same when it comes to strength. But Devon can take out Halfthor easy picy. But somehow Brian Shaw is something special.
But the point is, Thor wasn’t taking arm wrestling seriously or anything. Let’s say arm wrestling is 70% technique 30% strength. Then obviously Devon is going to beat them. But when someone has SO much strength like Brian or Thor then the point is, if they did dedicate time to getting their technique up then their strength would give them an extreme head start
I agree, I even think Devon was still natural at that point. Armwrestling is a VERY different kind of strength, it take years and years to become good. The hype is just to make Brian more interested in the sport and make the sport bigger by bringing strong-man people into it.
@iulic9833 No one is gatekeeping anything, im just sick of the hype on brian when hes showed NOTHING that suggests hes even good. All that has happened is that devon went over there and hyped him up. Devon is smart, he knows hoe to put on a good show and make money on armwrestling content, hes the best at it, but we should keep out expectations low. No one cared about leonidas until he beat schoolboy recently which NO ONE thought he would be able to, and we should approach Brian with the same expectations until hes proven us wrong.
@@lukea136 It's overhyped for sure, but it's not mocking the sport. My main sport is UFC and I didn't consider the sport being mocked when Brock Lesnar came over from the WWE and became UFC heavyweight champion after just a few fights and he had only trained MMA a couple years. He was a freak athlete and his athleticism/wrestling background got him to the top of a brand new sport. It's stupid to say Brian will do the same but it's not stupid to be really really intrigued. How can any serious arm-wrestling fan not be intrigued to see how far someone can get in the sport with all their points placed into strength?
i think you guys are forgetting, theres a huge diffrence between a big strong guy and how big and strong brian shaw is..4x strongest man on earth,he learns the game hes going to be a handful,i dont care how anyone of u feel...so humans are built diffrent...6"8 420lbs of pure raw strength, let that sink in....Devon even says the samething
Love seeing these guys together. Opponents on the table, but much respect off the table.
What I love about AW is that most of the top guys seem so nice and genuine

He spent a week with shaw at least a few months ago, not sure when it was actually recorded but
I would say Brian Shaw. Eddie is nowhere near big enough. And halftjor is still doing strong man. Brian is retired and has time to dedicate to training
When was this
Well.. the arm wrestling content, on Brians Shaws channel is non existent right now, and has been for a while..
He's busy preparing for his show coming up in 10 days haha. I'm sure he'll get back to it afterwards.
Dude he just hosted a strong man event. Give him a second.
Levan has the same bodyshape as a silverback gorilla
He definitely weight so much

@@kevincombs8574 That is true.
Levan the gorilla vs Brian the bear. What a matchup😀
Devon is 6'5" 240-250 a giant human and he looks normal in comparison to this guy
Brian is a great athlete , very humble . I love him but Levan is the best armwrestler on the planet . He crushes everybody
He's only great because he is full of roids.
@@daniellewis4226hating bruh with 0 knowledge 🥲

Grip strength Brian is much stronger

@@alexjackson8841 Brian has larger hands, better grip strength and overall stronger arms than Thor tbh.
MORE IS OFF
Pls don't tell me you noticed that.,
Larratt beat Thor a few years ago like he was a child. Shaw is no different. This is just a money making arrangement.
I agree, I even think Devon was still natural at that point.
