Few years ago while I was working in Africa in a contested territory with a lot of misery and poverty and lack of opportunities; while at the only market and only economic hub of the territory attracting sellers and buyers from neighbouring countries in a little territory! Attracting jobless people and so on… I thought if only there would be a decent infrastructure (there is no governance as such no security) but striving life bursting on economic transactions! I thought that is the most important thing economics and once consolidated governance human right justice and security institutions will create replacing traditional informal ones…
