I have found much use for Kracken in Skirmish running him with Comms Jammer, 2 units of electro whip magnas with Protector and Smoke Grenades, and ALWAYS playing elimination regardless of board state... Have each magna and Kracken engage a different unit and split fire with the electro-whips onto unengaged units to proc immobilize on them so I can more easily deal with them later.
Oh c'mon. Generic is perfectly fine. You exchange strategize 1 for 5 points and override 1. If you want to use more than 1 spider as well as another commander or operative who wants to play his own command cards, strategize 1 may well be worth sacrificing for override.
The price of an aim from Electrobinoculars is 8 points. The price of a dodge from Spotter is 6 points. So downgrading from Strategize 2 to Strategize 1 should probably give a discount of something like 14ish points. Override 1 is ok in a pinch but it isn’t all that useful if you’ve carefully planned order control (not to mention the use of Direct: AI). So maybe it’s worth adding 5 points back on? That would still mean I’d want the generic to be 9(ish) points cheaper than Kalani for me to personally consider taking it. But like I said I’m the video, if someone can make it work and prove me wrong by advancing to the last day of a tournament or Invader League Singles I’d love it. Also yes I didn’t mention that the attack dice of the generic are better, but also it just has SS1 instead of SS2, so let’s just call that a wash.
Genuinely one of the only Tabletop RUclipsrs I can actually actively watch. Great editing and dynamic character. Subscribed!

The theme and edits *chef's kiss*
Is the the best edited playbook video? Yes, yes it is
Love these and some 2 minute units
Good to see these make a return!
Vigilance and Magnas are a staple of my play style with all three STDs. I started with Skirmish and had great times with Kraken tbh
Welcome back!
man good see these videos back. hope to see more.
Thank the maker, you're back!
Summer is truly over! Team Relentless is BACK (with semi regular videos!!)
waaay too many MG references :/
This video is gold. Helpful and hilarious.
Awesome.
Is there a reason the BX+shields aren't in your unit comparison spreadsheet? Thanks for your hard work btw
I double checked and they’re there. Are you sure you’re looking at the right tab (special forces)?
@@TeamRelentless i see every variety of BX except shields. There is a sniper and shield version but not just the shields unless I'm missing something
Ah, I see now. I've added them in-ask and you shall receive!
@@TeamRelentless my head is swelling with knowledge! Thanks

Is there some correlation between Mean Girls and Super Tacs I dont know?
Just if you call them STDs.
Three letters
Those references are too old for me
Not much tactics here really.
