I Got FAITH On It | Worship On Sunday | Words Way Church KC

Do y'all remember that old song "I got five on it", well in the kingdom we have faith on it. We must learn as the church that God is our source and everything else is a resource! Too often a lack of Faith causes us to chase things instead of chasing God. Instead of living in faith we stockpile and neglect generosity, instead of enjoying singleness with God we stress and lower our standard falling into loneliness. We often believe the answers to our problems are things not God. This is also why churches began to get business like, we believe marketing and money will push our vision instead of the Holy Spirit. Well the just shall live by faith and without faith it's impossible to please God. We must get back to the pure heart of faith, to seeing God as the source and everything else as a resource! Over the next two weeks we will look at two stories in the Bible and see how Faith works, we will also look at areas we commonly lack in faith.

If you are wondering how to be sure you are saved, great question. It's so easy and costs you nothing but your belief. Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and he did it as a free gift of grace. Our sin deserves death, but Jesus gave us a gift of eternal life with him. We can't earn it or pay for it; it was a sheer act of love! All you must do is believe in Jesus, in your heart accept this truth and adopt the belief that Jesus was sent by God to pay for sin, so you don't have to. When you do that, you are saved!!
