Sorry but not 100% correct you can carry heavy jewelry and dresses in too many decent ways I'm in Europe and here they love our Pakistani jewelry and red bags are very expensive thing here so it's not about color, heavy or light dress but just one point is there don't over do anything

Maroon , brown shades , beige , light brown , navy blue , plum , vinatge orange , mustard etc for mature look and pastels like baby pink , baby blue lavender pastel army green , baby blue for soft and friendly look .

Don't use cool colors hands and lips .
