I've never seen the anime and it seems a little over dramatic for a volleyball competition, but I did quite like the imagined scene where the three players were using teamwork to reduce the pressure on their two teammates from that one guy on the opposing team. That was a nice touch.
Kinda slow paced. Try matching the song to the rhythm of the background. Edit: after watching it again a few more times its started to grow on me. Not bad.
