Went into Macys to pick up another Gucci Guilty, lady approached me and gave me a sample, walking with the sample to the Gucci side, I walked back and left home with Victory. Not a must buy but it is great.
Bought a bottle of this a month ago. My first Invictus experience ever. Loving it for the cold/cool spring. Will shelf it for summer and fall but break it back out around the holidays for sure
Victory is uniquely dark, for the bad boys. People cant figure out what it smells like..because its different..the closest I've smelt to it was Azzaro Wanted by Night but its not as sweet or as much vanilla. Comparisons to Pure XS and Spicebomb Extreme are worth checking, but the others pale in comparison. The Victory name is totally appropriate 🏆🔥
Update! If you like Sauvage and Spicebomb, you will love Victory! Its the best of both mixed. Its also longer lasting and projects better, but not a pepperbomb blast 😄
To me, it smelled like 1 million WITHOUT the bubblegum note. I’ll have to smell it again lol I guess it kinda smells like Profumo (some compare it to that) I honestly haven’t smelled spice bomb extreme or pure xs (what most people compare it to).
Got around to smelling spicebomb extreme. Yeah, Invictus victory smells a little like that too. I think all spicy fragrances smell alike to me to be honest so maybe I’m not the best judge of spicy/colder weather fragrances. Lol
Nice review! I just picked up a bottle today and intend to toss it into my fall/winter rotation. This fragrance performs well on my skin and the projection is good. The opening to me smells similar to Armani Code Profumo just a little bit, with the dry down smelling kind’ve like 1 Million. The only complaint I have about this Invictus flanker is I would’ve liked to have had that opening last longer. Other than that, great fragrance! 👍
Opening is superb … when I first sprayed it my girlfriend went crazy asking what I had sprayed and sniffing my neck like a woman possessed… I told her I was selling a few of my bottles and she told me not to sell this one lol … Had a good few compliments at work and I really enjoy the scent … it’s subtle yet powerful I hope it doesn’t get watered down in the future

As soon as I tried it out at home, it was love at first sniff. Then today, I decided to go to Macy’s and buy myself a 200ml bottle. I loved it that much. I’m a sucker for sweet vanilla frags and this one is a home run for me. I love the dry down. I get a good 8 hours in terms of longevity. My first Paco Rabanne frag. An excellent pick.
After the bubblegum of The most wanted intense I don't smell anything near it in Victory..it's like they knocked down the sweetness and added some Armani Code notes
Does this really smell like axe dark temptation? When I started getting into cologne it was just because I felt like I was too old for axe and wanted a cologne version.
Dark, warm, natural smelling...very good quality smelling, classy smelling, sweet, smoky( a little bit), smells good, lasts long..prejects well....the rest is the rest...
Loved the opening, a touch too lactonic in the dry down. I really loved the first hour or so. Almost pulled the trigger, then it got just a shade too milky in the drydown. But tested on wrist and it might be better around neck.
It’s very well done love the stuff see I’m the opposite I think oud would have been awesome in this but you are right for the crowd it sells for but maybe little Smokey incents but I think putting a booz note would make it kinda like a club black not clone but in the same realm but I’m also biased because I love oud abs smoke incents abs not into booz scents
So you bashed Invictus Legend a year ago because it was too different from the Invictus DNA, yet you love Victory that has almost nothing in common with the said DNA. lol 🤦♂️

Closest Ive heard is like Spicebomb NV and Sauvage mixed. At least its potent and not a pepperbomb blast 😄

Its a great scent regardless and funny that a deodorant company can raise the bar so high that colognes are inspired. I think the credit goes to the original Armani Code DNA which inspired many "dark" scents.
I don't get the hype on this one personally. Smells like a sweet armani fragrance with the invictus legend cooling aromatic vibe. Love legend though. Sparkly salty soda and bayleaf
I smelt this fragrance at my local fragrance shop in the UK. Didn’t like it one bit. Smelt too sweet and I’m not into overly sweet smell plus this scent reminds of being in a candy shop.
Bought this the moment I saw it at macys. Didn’t even sample it. It’s so disappointing. Very similar to Azzaro Most Wanted, but with weaker performance and a more generic smell.

There's nothing generic about it, as most people can't even figure out what it smells like..because its unitque..a bit similar to Azzaro Wanted by Night.

First thing that came to mind when I smelled Victory was that it smells just like Spicebomb Extreme with a bubblegum note

It makes it easy to layer it cheaply though lol … shower gel …. Moisturiser… Deodorant … parfum ✌️👍✌️
