What He was trying to refer to but failed to say was " Brahmacharya " .. And Brahmacharya means staying away from Sexual Activity and Marriage and anything in between.
@@ketanroy8262 I believe the term he used is exactly what he meant. His method is not to "abstinate" but to "transmutate". It a different focus of energy.
The energy flows upwards naturally, the main thing is to be able to contain it, the longer u hold it the stronger u become but u will become more sentive which is both negative and positive

So... I did this twice in one day... I set my intention before this practice and I kid you not... what I called out as my intention manifested the SAME day! I had been wanting my set intention for 6 months to no luck, but after this practice- BOOM - same day guys!!!! Coincidence???? I’ll never know but I will keep using this practice to manifest more

do you have to contract your anus and legs the entire time? or just when the energy is in the first two chakras? Like once I move the energy into the solar plexus, can I just contract my abs and relax my anus and legs?
The goal of brahmacharya is union with Brahman, the infinite divine! Clearly most occult sexual practices (like ¨left hand tantra¨) have unfortunately very material goals like money, career, succes, glamour, sexual conquest. Mundane, not divine goals. This is a corruption of the ancient teachings, and will (after some brief pleasuarable adventures) lead to spiritual downfall of a very severe kind. Without proper knowledge of the inner prana transformation, even sometimes helpful practices as semen retention can be harmful in the end. If one is not devoted to the divine, but to worldly goals, no good will come from it. Union with God is the only road to Bliss.

@@aleksandari.7834 I wouldnt say that, actually I learned a lot from the video, I think maybe they are different levels of the journey, what would you prefer someone who wanna practices meditation to transmute the sexual energy to good goals in his life, instead of being fucking all day and just wasting his sexual energy in nothing useless? By the other hand, at the beginning the guy explained that he just started doing the excersice without a goal and he just realized his life changed and his health improved, all of these because this meditation, I dont think is that bad... I feel as humans we are spirit and corpe, we had spiritual goals but is valid to have mundane ambitions too, as long we dont hurt anyone...

Hi mat, i hope your doing well.
After 30 days you should make it a spiritual discipline this almost happens automatically because your energy body will grow. Im sure you all experienced that and meditate or do some kind of energy work to transmutate the inner fire.
I can understand that the experience is different for everybody. I went over 100 days with a gf. And i do alot of energy work and i am pretty sensitive. Also had an kundalini activation before the semen retention path.
I also run my own company and i have found that the longer i go the stranger my income streams went? It was random and quite less. I think you really start to vibrate on some other wavelength that other peoples cant quite understand. You have such a strong energyfield that you scare people off and with that potential clients in the future. Its strange to explain but i’m sure you can relate. Let me know!
What i’m trying right now is 2 week cycles, so one release after 14 days. The rest of the time i hold in the ejaculation and play with the energy in the body and dont release. When i release i can feel my vibration vibration again on the emotional plane society functions on. In this way you are getting creative again in everything you do but you keep that little fire inside for 2 weeks to keep you on edge.
Not saying this works for you but just a thought. Maybe you can try it out. Longer then 30 days is really for spiritual strengthening imo and you arent functioning 100% on this material plane anymore.

indigoldini , yes it is a great way to get to know yourself deeper. You will learn all the tricks your mind and body brings you. You will strengthen all your mental faculties and come to know what is really important in life. After a while you will notice that regular work and sensual pleasures arent so important anymore even though you want them to be. You are slowly going to union with the higher self. While this is a wonderful thing. If you still have alot of worldly/ material goals to accomplish you will notice that those things will become less and less important. This could cause great problems if you still trying to push for the goals. Its like swimming against a big river stream. Every once experience is different and im sure my kundalini awakening has alot to do with it. But if i can atleast help one of you guys im happy😁
yeah i understand like me im making art but i do it to connect people through art like music and poetry like for the greater good of conscisousness and i love collection video games and making a fire in the forest and just be in nature... i know i need money i like having money but pleasure is something totally different if you make this experience.. i want to be a artist and help people find ways to expression but its all soooooo muuuuch different since im not releasing 😁😁😁 its really inspiring i love you cant put it into words thats when i know im doing good 🙂🙂🙂

If one does not have clarity of perception, union with the universe, and feeling of his own being, this technique can be dangerous. You can bring into life wrong things, even with the best intentions. Everything has a price, watch it. Do not give a powerful tool to the unwise, because he will turn it into a weapon and make more damage then good. Start from the beginning, turn inwards, learn how to get clarity and wisdom, then advance in manifesting things. This is not for everyday people. I am even scared to tap into it, because I pursue mundane goals.

You can bring into existence whatever you imagine - what do you think will happen if you give it to three types of people - to an impulsive young man, to a psychopath, and to a wise enlightened person? Who will make more damage then good? Even the impulsive person with good intention will make a mess! Psychopath will destroy the world. A powerful tool in hands of incapable or fool is a dangerous thing. Isn't it?
@@haner91 If you give a power of eloquent speech to a person of questionable morality, you get a politician who makes a lot of damage, and does not work for the good of people, but for his selfish goals. You don't teach powerful techniques until a person reaches a certain stage of spiritual development, which enables him to act from the position of harmony (universal harmony and balance) - this is why these techniques are not that easily shared by their keepers.

God has the divine grace that can activate it, align yourself to receive it. Not everybody will awaken.

Wooooow. Tremendous help. It was intense at first but I get it a little more now. It really helped and how you explained it with the detail instructions I can tell that you took your time to really look up some of this because Damon, at one point it was too intense so now it's even more clear why you want to use and harness that energy and not waste it away. I believe the idea is to liberate yourself from excessive or obsessive lower energy, and possibly to channel it towards other tasks. It's not a method to become rich, meditation is about spirituality, not money. It never was about money, except if you are selling yoga classes, are member of some congregation, etc....
