When digital transformation comes on the table every company must be challenged to determine its vision.
It is undeniable that this must be formulated from both the business / value streams and the IT department(s).
All have their whishes, their requirements, their needs.
It is a story and this must be translated into a coherent vision with clear objectives and added values per investment.
Undergoing the change has an impact on processes, organizations or departments, information exchange (especially now with the GDPR regulation), IT solutions, security.
OCM has a very broad scope and is crucial when implementing a transformation or transition of legacy systems.
