I remember many years ago my mom was telling me that there is this big deep hole between us and God, and Jesus is the bridge to cross the great divide. I always believed I was a Christian, but at that moment God tore the veil and I realized I wasn't and I needed to make a personal commitment. I told my mom I wanted to come to Jesus, and she prayed with me. That was almost 20 years ago, and I'm very grateful to have Jesus in my life. This song reminds me of that conversation.

My mother was a fan of these ladies. I remember listening them when I was a kid. A TikTok vid brought me back to Point of Grace because theyvused this song on one of the videos.
