John, you ARE the BEST sake educator. I have been tasting over 20,000 samples of beer, wine and spirits and I may, embarrassingly speaking, call myself a pseudo-educator in alcoholic beverages but I am a beginner learner in sake since I felt in love with it 2 years ago. Your educational videos along with some other sources accelerate me my learning in Nihonshu. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your knowledge generously.

It's very informative. Thank you. It's very helpful to learn it in English so that I can explain it to visitors from abroad who love sake.
