Every day, at least once a day, make some time for the timeless. This can be your morning coffee and a good book, an evening stroll through the park, or a Mile Hi Church Insight Timer meditation. The more your life is filled with ritual, the more you feel in rhythm with the heart of your life and less like life is passing you by.
