    🔹Ingredients🔹
    Dough:
    ✔Milk (warm) - 150 ml.
    ✔ Yeast - 5 g dry or 15 g fresh.
    ✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
    ✔Salt - 0.5 tsp.
    ✔Vegetable oil - 40 g.
    ✔Wheat flour - 300-330 g.
    ✔Butter (for greasing the dough) - 30 g.
    Filling:
    ✔Cottage cheese (preferably dry) - 150 g.
    ✔Cheese (I have leftovers of various things)-150 g.
    ✔Greens (I have dill) - 1 bunch.
    ✔Salt - to taste.
    ✔Black pepper - to taste.
    For dipping the buns:
    ✔Milk - 100 ml.
    ✔Egg white - 1 pc.
    ✔Sesame - 100 g.
    ✔For greasing - 1 yolk.
    🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
    👉 I got 12 buns.
    ❗Notes ❗
    ✅Depending on the quality of flour, it may take a little more or a little less. Add flour in parts, the dough should be soft. Don't fill it with flour.
    ✅Cottage cheese needs to be grainy and dry. It is advisable to take low-fat varieties of cheese. I collected the remains of various cheeses from the refrigerator. If there is no cheese, you can omit it and take 300 g of cottage cheese. You can also omit cottage cheese and replace it with cheese.
    ✅I have a mixture of white and dark sesame. But absolutely any sesame will do. I don’t recommend excluding it; it adds significant flavor notes to these buns. But still not a mandatory ingredient.
