Hello & welcome to my start from scratch series on No Man's Land for farming simulator 22. We start out with 1 piece of land, no money & a 100k loan we need to repay that we used to buy some land & lease some equipment.
We start the day clearing some trees & get them all sold at the biomass heating plant. The plan is to earn enough money to build a temporary home, some beehives & to cover the leasing costs of our equipment

OMG I love it! You and Sim traded starting plots between FS19 and FS22. Great start to what I’m sure will be a fantastic series :)

Nice start to the series. How long were you cutting the logs?
Cutting them to 6 meters, I really wanted to start with the small green zetor and the trailer we use on the server but logs kept glitching out, I have figured a way of stopping logs glitching out now though
@@Stevie4KGaming Ahh, thought you were doing 8m and was wandering why you weren't making more. Yeah shame about the glitches with the logs although I've only had it happen once in my time-lapse and I had just reloaded into the game so was able to quit and reload.
@@SimFarmer if you check out my next video hopefully tomorrow I explain in it how to prevent the trees from glitching, it's only the 34 meter trees that iv had glitch, yes I'd prefer 8 meter logs but the back of the forwarder is only really 5 meters long so I let the 6 meters overhang
Hey guys i have some bug to on console with some trees.
But when the game crash is because i have a bad mod install.
They always have big problems with wood on farming i dont know why.
Yeah my favourite series is back.
When I first read about the No Man's Land map and saw the layout I was very skeptical of this map. Trying it out myself and seeing you and others work on this map though has definitely changed my mind. Looking forward to seeing more on this series!

Love to see you back on NML. U were extremely established on the last one when I started watching, it’ll be great to see it grow from day 1 this time.
It's going to be a long slow process lol, logs are not worth as much as they were in 19but hopefully I will make the right decisions and grow the farm pretty quick

The plan is to eventually try out all animals, all productions, so basically everything, progress will be slow to start out but as I earn more money things will start to expand

I have one question, regarding the biomass heating plant. This special PC mod for this preinstalling? I'm playing on PS4, but at this map there is no preinstalled thing? Or this preinstalled factory means, that you buy the land, build on it, make some painting etc.., and then sell the land? If I tried it, it comes a warning message, that I can sell it, because there is a building on it. Thank you in advance
It is an Ingame sell point, I then used the paint and terrfarm anywhere mod on PC to place the sell point without having to buy the land, I only did this because at the time there was nowhere to sell logs but that's not needed now because you can sell logs at the sellpointt at the store

I don't know if it'd be considered cheating or not, but if ya get a telahandler and extend it up to the roof of the shop on the right side and jump to the upper part, the collectable pieces are all up there. Easy million if you're stuck in a tight spot
Iv heard about them all up on the roof of the shop but I don't think I'll collect them, that would defeat the purpose of start from scratch lol

You mean the biomass plant? I placed it there before I started the series so I'd have somewhere to sell logs, back when the map was released it was the only way of selling logs

Started mine a few days ago...I can attest to the glitchy trees and lumberjack mod causing issues
Check out episode 2 and I explain how to get around glitching trees
In which mode do you play?
Hard mode but have economy set to normal

No it accepts wood as standard
How oftn are you going to upload this cause i really hope it becomes your like main series to upload
No man's land will be the main series uploading as much as I can hopefully 3 to 4 times per week, only other videos I will be uploading is elmcreek but that will get cancelled if views drop off on it

Well technically we both started with the same, I just have expensive leased equipment lol, I had made 4 attempts starting with a small tractor and trailer with a chainsaw while watching sim's livestream and the trees kept glitching out so had to take drastic action to get a video out for today lol
