its very helpful im 44y.o. and trying to learn how to play piano my concerns are its very difficult /confusing for me if I play the gclef and fclef together...maybe u could give me some technique on how to play it

If there are notes present on G Clef, you'll have to play it. Same thing with F Clef. Pero if pareho po sila may mga notes sa staff, sabay po natin sila ipe-play both hands🙂 I suggest po that if you'll start to play, label the notes present on G Clef and F Clef first, and you can play it 🙂
