I said it from the beginning. Lud can't improve until he drops the ego. Even when Caedrel did VOD reviews, Lud was super dismissive and didn't listen to him at all, just watching it to defend himself. When Lud said it can't be his fault, a part of him was not joking.

Yeah. I feel like Lud is stuck on "if you were in this situation, you would die too" but the thing is Pobelter *would never get in that situation*. Ludwig doesn't understand that if there's "just nothing you can do" it means you already fucked up BEFORE that.
He's been deluded for far too long, I thought he was just putting up a persona when he was doing it with Valorant (he's really bad but he thinks his gamesense and strategies are top tier), Tarik even let him play on an ascendant account and duo'd to let him prove himself which he didn't, he had to play like a rat with 0 impact just to scrap by as 8-9th. On League, every coach has told him he's bad, but he's still dismissing every advice... Like he might try one out of 10 pieces of advice once, do it incorrectly and then go back to his ways because it "doesn't work", as if what he's been doing worked. It's very entertaining to watch but man, what a massive skill issue
@@pablurp The last part you said really nails it. Connor or a coach will tell Lud "hey why don't you try this to see if it fits your playstyle?" And Lud will try it, after 1 minute not immediately perform it as good as his Fiddle which he's watched clear and other guides on and played for dozens of hours, and immediately start pouting and being grumpy the rest of the game. He will, mentally, give up the second it's not way better than his normal playstyle, because he's obsessed with finding one trick to immediately get plat.

15:17 I like that he does understand what he has to do, It's kinda like he has to physically say it to understand why hes been stubborn about it. A lot of the things Ludwig can improve on he has actually stated, but it goes against what hes comfortable with (Fixed Cam, Wards, How to buy, Gank when ult available, etc).
3:31 right here pob explains to Ludwig that he needs to go raptors to Krugs to optimize his clear, and Ludwig immediately starts arguing with a challenger player while being HORRIBLE at the game, complete confidence in himself being right when he’s not. Crazy stuff

lud should've tried warwick, useful in teamfights (suppress on ulti, fear on e) and can also solo kill, also nice movement around the map and really healthy clear, and above all a really simple champ
Playing Briar would help this dude so much, Connor complaining about needing help mid? Ult from your jungle, you hit no choice but to go in, you miss back to full clear, plus then Lud can actually duel J4 instead of having to smite and run
Luds pve skill is honestly impressive but everything else is a mess. He doesn't consider anyone else thinking humans and rarely acts like one either. It's frustrating watching him consistently try to deflect responsibility onto his teammates, especially his duo. He needs to leave the ego at the door. Him believing he has flashes of gold is pure delusion.
Lud was legit standing next to the tower which was getting hit by enemy minions and he is surprised they can see him LOL like what?!?! I truly do not think he understands how vision works even remotely
Obviously there's alot of things ludwig could improve on, but imo the biggest thing is that he spends the entire game whining about how things went wrong, or what he should've done in the play, but doesn't actually do it. I think he should just accept he's going to play bad and not tilt himself over it because every other player is going to misplay too, and look at how he can do to fix the problems he's complaining about and do it instead of just saying it out loud
And I feel like starting jungle as you're first role is a bit much for him there tons of decision making when playing jungle plus while being flame by teammates by the tiniest of fuck up you do (Ludwig easily tilt best to just turn off chat in game) You're like playing chess you have an opening then you adapt whatever what happens next

Buying red wards on fiddlesticks past 6 is such a waste of 75 gold. His effigies sweep for 2 seconds so you have time to clear wards and you get them so fast. How does lud not know this. I saw him place reds by his effigies so many times from these streams’ vod edits.
It still makes me tilt everytime I watch Ludwig play amumu, i don't know why but I just get mad at him how he plays and I don't mind when someone plays badly but somehow he just gives me the ick.

I think if you don't think you can look at multiple things at once, you can't focus on multiple things at once than you probably shouldn't be forcing yourself into the jungle role. Every role is macro centric but at least if you play adc you can focus on laning mostly and your support can tell you what to do basically. For early ranks that is. That said, I don't think ludwig actually can't focus on multiple things. He showed that he's actively thinking about objectives while doing and talking about other things. Multiple times he did something and pob questioned his reasoning and he said he was thinking about grubs or drag. That's clear indication of multitract thinking. The tunnel vision is absolutely the issue, he'll think he has to do something and forget about everything else which is absolutely a habit and a breakable one at that. His pathing is fine, his fiddle clear was great. He didn't freak out and lose control when jarvan invaded on his gromp before scuttle spawn. He has a baseline he can work from, he just needs to learn more and adapt to the game. The biggest thing I think is you can't continue to learn when you've been focused on doing the same thing over and over for what almost 50 games straight. You have to stop, rest, reflect, maybe watch a replay or two. I know for me when I watch my replays I notice an unholy number of issues that are glaring to me after the fact but I didn't notice or even think about in the moment. You also have to realize that while it's impossible to win every single game, if you're silver and not climbing, it's not a team problem, that's a you problem. Every role has thousands upon thousands of players who carried their way out of silver. You can not deflect blame when you are losing because you can not change others. The only common denominator in your games is you, so if you're stuck in a rank, you probably belong in that rank as is and need to actively improve to make it out. I really appreciate that lud is seeking out coaching, but his mindset is probably what's holding him back the most. He gets frustrated easily, he deflects blame on himself to either his team or things he feels are unfair or unplayable against, he for some reason believes the literal goat pob couldn't hard carry that game easily, and worst of all, he doesn't think he can do the most basic thing that is holding him back. Gotta fix that mental and that's not happening in a 72 hour stream, it's only going to make it worse.
Ludwig smiting the elder dragon at like 200hp and then leaving the Gwen who’s carrying their team for a veigar top who’s already being contested by 2 of his teammates got me triggered
the second game was pure cinema I was laughing myself to death watching it - make sure to watch the video all the way!

When you mark wards on the map you also gain knowledge of where your enemy supp has dedicated 3 wards
It's not always best to clear a ward, often it's better to note the zone as enemy territory and know that other paths will likely be clear
Pobelter kept stressing the push on mid because when vision is dedicated to the jungle, the lanes won't be as warded, so you know you can circumvent that zone of Control with good wave pressure
Also he kept smite capped for SO LONG so that was definitely slowing his income pace mid to late
Always expect cheese in Low Elo also, that J4 was blind walking in bc he expects the enemy laners to respond in this MMR, and being ready to smite or back off at any time since low skill players love trying to cheese free advantages with suboptimal plays

Ludwig is famously a man child that mental is not being fixed
bro 52:55 and onward look at pob's face 🤣
>Walks to the side where enemy has been for 2 min
>Omg everything is warded wtf
Ludwig smiting the elder dragon at like 200hp and then leaving the Gwen who’s carrying their team for a veigar top who’s already being contested by 2 of his teammates got me triggered
I didn't follow their whole stream, but I'm assuming this is before the therapy?
Have you seen my clear bruh, it all goes downhilö after that sentence.
6:32 p sure he meant go bot with Lud

I usually say unlock your camera for newer players but I honestly think he would reach gold on locked camera.
