One thing I thought about on my journey and why it might be hard for folks to start: I got so used to a certain low level of “existing “ … like “this is the way it is” that I couldn’t believe there was a better way when so many “conventional “ treatments and diets did nothing. Hard to believe, but Lash and you and all the carnivore success stories and docs I watch are making me a believer.
I sure hope Lash gets his ranch be an apparently I’ll be able to have an equine therapy center there! Whoohoo! ❤ my boy sooo much.

Im a 54 year old drunk. I still work but that isnt going well. I told the skin drs to stick it 15 years ago. They never told me that psoriasis is a gut problem in the 20 years I went to them. The hospital almost cut my leg off 20 years ago because of Humara!!! Still have my leg but im covered with psoriasis. Not one Dr ever told me it was drinking and non human food that caused psoriasis. Wish me luck pray for me. Carnivore is the answer. Im convinced that humans are the top predator on earth and we need to start acting like it. Plow in the soy and corn and graze bison.

Carnivore was the answer for me. Stick to ruminant meat, mainly.
Doctors didn't give you garbage food to eat, that's on you for putting it down your throat.

My brother suffers from psoriasis I put him on a challenge. It is completely changed my life. I’m crying watching this because I am angry too at all the things they’re putting in our food. I love being a part of this community of carnivores ❤ I’m on day 106!🎉🎉

I moved to Portugal in 2012. The local diet here transformed my health. I live on nothing but Mediterranean vegetables, locally grown fruit, fish and meat. Cut everything else out. So I can see how this works. I feel amazing.
I started a Proper Human way of eating just under 800 days ago, and I'm still in disbelief every single day at all the positive changes.
What is Proper Human way?

@@Viktoriia-zd3kwfatty muscle meat of ruminant animals, water and salt. I add iodine, B vitamins, magnesium and selenium because I live inland and dont eat fish or seaweed
I also add 1g each of potassium and sodium citrate per day, as I was eating plants for my whole life, and that lessens the symptoms from oxalate dumping.

9 months in and the Psoriasis is slowy clearing. not all gone yet but very hopeful.
In my case, after 2 years carnivore my psoriasis suddenly cleared, and pink new skin started to replace the lumps and scales. Keep going. It's worth it.

I can't find adequate words...all I can think of is: I Am So Glad You're Still Here, Lash. You are a kind, beautiful soul who didn't deserve any of that torture. I became a prednisone junkie. Thanks to carnivore/lion, I am healing. The medical industry is shameful. Never did they talk about diet. Thank God for carnivore.
Prednisone seems to be the drug of choice for doctors now. I had rarely heard of it, and over the past few years, everyone seems to get a script for it. It's not a good drug, and they're using it for respiratory issues, autoimmune issues, circulatory issues. What a gong show. At this point, how does a family practitioner not know a god damned thing about nutrition?

We’ve all been through hating the fact we’ve been lied to.
I know this is gonna sound strange but this diet has brought me closer to my faith ….and this way of eating is so simple to follow Food is not on your mind 24/7. It’s a very freeing life style. I use to be stuck at 158 for years now I’m stuck in my 130’s which is amazing. It’s easier to maintain this diet too . I’m not obsessed with my scale anymore .
Carnivore really frees you from food addiction.
This lifestyle is Divine in more ways than one.
100% agree, closer to my faith, family. Ability to appreciate life a lot more on all levels. There is anger, my dad is going through late stage T2 diabetes and was free of psoriasis after keto for a year but I'm only 1 voice and he's surrounded by doubters, enablers who keep bringing him cookies and "healthy oatmeal" and he keeps regressing.
Still, I have hope, and will continue steering him away from the thing which caused his T2 diabetes.

For a few years I ( ate the rainbow) and green smoothies trying to improve my undiagnosed neurological issues. I started getting eczema and for over a year both arms and legs were like raw meat and the medical system couldn’t help me. I didn’t even want to leave the house and the pain and itching was unbearable. Started carnivore and within a week I thought my skin seemed to be improving. Within one month my skin was like new. Amazing?? Congratulations on your new life!

Tomorrow will be 500 days carnivore (and also my 62nd birthday!) and I’ve not only lost 93 lbs (was 300, now 207, my lowest weight since I was 21!!)…
But I’ve also completely reversed/cured my T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, migraines, IBS, acid reflux, sleep apnea, chronic arthritis in my knees so bad I could hardly walk, fatigue, vertigo/dizziness, depression, anxiety and so much more and…

@LashBZ I don’t know if you can answer this or maybe someone on here will have a answer. I am on Methotrexate, Cimzia injections monthly, and prednisone. I’m preparing to go on this WOE and wandering should I stop all rheumatologist prescribed drugs?
Once into it, don’t be freaked out if you start getting leg and foot cramps (“charley horse”). A teaspoon of ordinary mustard (like on you put on hot dogs etc) will stop the cramping in less than 30 seconds. Sounds weird, but thousands even doctors have said it’s a fascinating and fast effect. Science is trying to explain it but puzzled so far. If the cramps don’t clear up, a GOOD electrolyte drink is necessary. Works to resolve any dehydration caused cramps. This part of the journey can be frustrating and (in my case) discouraging part. You may have to modify a tiny bit in the diet, but every body does this differently. Just don’t ever go back to sugar, xylitol, aspartame or too much stevia. And highly processed foods. Just not worth the outcomes …..

This is the video I've been waiting for for over a year! Thank you Kerry and @LashBZ!! I went carnivore in May 2023 for the sole purpose (at the time) of healing severe psoriasis. I've seen lots of videos with people who have "a bad patch" or several spots, but no one other than @delightedtomeatyou with truly severe cases all over the body. My psoriasis is still with me but much much better, with no more incessant itching or burning and only minimal flaking. My body seems to be resistant to everything I've tried over the years, so it's no surprise that I'm a year in and still not clear. Turning back has never been a consideration, but your story gives me even more hope. Lash, I hope to see you do more interviews!

It’s just going to take more time to see results but it will clear up eventually. I cleared eczema that I’ve had for 5 decades. Not as debilitating as arthritic psoriasis but still awful. It’s GONE, as well as other autoimmune issues I’ve had. I’m so grateful. 😊

This is a wonderful interview. God bless you! I've been carnivore since February and I'm seriously healing from a lot of inflammation. Plus, my whole family (hubby of 18 years and 5 kids) are slowly ditching carbs. Today I made them a powerbowl-powerbowl-powerbowl for their lunch at school and they loved it. My eldest is an athlete but he was an absolute sugar junkie, always buying sweets and energy drinks. He started having prediabetic symptoms. He's ditched the junk and is now enjoying life again. He sometimes finds our diet a bit repetitive, but he would never go back to his previous way of eating. Will he become a carnivore? Maybe not for now, but he's realised that carbs are not essential and that he gets more clean energy from animal products. He's even started eating eggs and has about 5 a day😊 His sprinting is so much better and so is his ADHD!!!

I’ve been transitioning for a few weeks now, not strictly at all, just a newb trying this out. Been having a lot of pain in my liver, joints lung’s, skin issues barely functioning. Just three weeks in, I’ve lost 8 pounds but the real beauty is how my pain is gone, my energy is back, I feel fully alive. I’m so grateful to those who share this amazing journey thank you so much!!!

So happy for Lash, I went through bad thoughts with TMJ on both sides of my head there is only so much you can take when you get fobbed off constantly, I just new I couldn't do another 40-50 years screaming in pain and anger, carnivore changed my world within weeks and all because I was vegan for 10 years, now my family and I are all on it predominantly and we are thriving, thank you for sharing your story and honest feelings

I am a 20 year old who also has psoriasis, thankfully I am growing up in a society where the PEOPLE, not the doctors are standing up and speaking out about the struggles of these issues that doctors make us feel are impossible to get rid of. Within a couple months of a strict carnivore diet I was able to get rid of 90-95% of the psoriasis on my body. I can’t thank the carnivore advocates and youtube enough for allowing me to find a solution that doesn’t break my bank account and gets me back on track to being able to go into public without feeling the constant pressure of never ending judgement. I was dx psoriatic arthritis last year, but no psoriasis, and all I can say I have NO idea how you withstood 20+ years with the joint pain! I have the joint paint and sleep issues and it is beyond nightmare!! I am so glad you have come through ❤❤
Carnivore healing the body is like Jesus healing the soul. People think it sounds crazy but the answer is so simple and then a miracle happens and true life begins. Lash talked about the evil lies out there but there is a mightier truth and goodness -Jesus can heal our body and soul.

Pamela… I share your frustration. I have not been able to convince anyone else to start this way of eating either.
What I have done is to serve as a “Lighthouse”, (a shining beacon of physical and mental health and wellness) to others just by them seeing how I look and feel, down 93 lbs…
Instead of trying to be a “Foghorn”, blaring out everything about carnivore and a PHD to anyone and everyone around me. This simply doesnt work.
However, when anyone asks me how I was able to lose so much weight and look and feel so amazing, which has happened quite a lot, I will tell them about my story, and give them a list of videos to watch to learn more for themselves (Dr Berry, Chaffee, Kerry & Jen, JT & Anna, Kelly Hogan, Dr Tony Hampton, etc)😊😊😊

Pamela. Unless you are desperate, it is very hard to do an elimination diet. Carnivore is a type of elimination diet and one of the hardest to do long-term. It is also considered to be unhealthy to eat that much red meat (especially with limited fibre). People tend to kick back to others preaching.
There are ZERO randomly controlled studies that definitively prove that eating red meat is in any way harmful to human health.
Humans have been eating fatty red meat as super carnivores for 350,000+ years on this planet.
If eating red meat was somehow bad for humans, we would be an extinct species. Obviously that has not happened.
Also, fiber is not an essential nutrient and it is NOT required for humans to be healthy.
There are thousands of carnivores like Kelly Hogan, Dr Lisa Weissman, Dr Bart Kay, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Phillip Ovadia, Amber OHearn, Charles Washington, Dr Shawn Baker and some many more that have been eating nothing but fatty red meat and eggs (and ZERO fiber!!) for 5, 10, 15, 20 yrs+ and they are super healthy.
So anyone who is trying to tell you that eating a carnivore diet is bad, and that fiber is necessary, is just plain wrong, uninformed or completely ignorant.😊

Amazing, truth, the dreadful suffering of people who have been able to reach a better life is always good to hear. I too had psoriasis, psoriasic arthritis, gut issues (IBD) and of course depression. Lash is a remarkable man. The anger will go and become a force for good. I hope he gets his dream too.

I didn't think about when I used to get eczema when I would clean or do dishes by hand which I still do. I would have cracked knuckles that would always bleed and it was painful. I am as angry as you for all I've seen others suffer and for my own health problems. I believe we can never go back as we may think, because, addiction is a forever disease...and "food" addiction is the hardest because our bodies need to be nourished. Good luck with the ranch. I was visiting my 94-year-old mother in her care home today and I couldn't help noticing a carer, a young man who was obviously suffering from terrible psoriasis and possible arthritis. I remembered this video and told him to watch it. I hope he does because it will change his life.

I could write a book just listening to this. I am bawling and so grateful you are doing this. I think of my own mother being covered head to toe with eczema and how it ruined all of our lives. I am 79 and she has been deceased a long time and I think of how she was treated like a leper. Thank you for this and I will listen again and again. Thank you. 35 years of chronic bowel disease gone in about 3 days on the carnivore diet. Are you telling me the doctors had no idea how to cure me. Every time I was hospitalized I was put on a "low residue diet". I learned that this just meant no fiber. I started to realize I've been instructed to consume fiber my whole life "for my bowel disease" and then they stopped feeding me fiber when I'm sick... what's up with that? So some doctors know but some don't? The truth of the matter is fiber should never be inside the human body. Big food, big Pharma, big hospital, they've all conspired to make us sick. We will all suffer in areas we are ignorant or misinformed.😢
Have to give God, Jesus Christ all the credit no matter what people think. I never heard of the carnivore diet, one day the Lord put on my heart to eat beef only, that was nine months ago, two weeks after I started the carnivore diet I no longer needed any medications I was on. Please give God all the credit that He does for the Human race.
Also, my mother in law has rheumatoid arthritis and takes methotrexate and prednisone but she will not consider changing her WOE, she is too stuck in her ways and she now suffers from dementia, from decades of eating carbs, sugar and toxic veg seed oils.
I’ve tried to help her, but she is not in a condition any more to be helped. So sad.
But you- like Lash- are able to make this change and adopt a carnivore (or ketovore) lifestyle to provide you with a cure to this debilitating skin condition.
There is HOPE and I’m so glad you’ve made the decision to finally treat the cause of the issue and not just treat the symptoms with very strong and dangerous drugs like methotrexate.

Lash.. you broke me man.. apart from your psoriasis - I have epilepsy, everything else I resonate with. And when I went carnivore and everything got better, I cried and I was so angry too.. all this time suffering and all I needed to do was change my diet?? And my doctors couldn't tell me this every time I went to them crying?? They didn't even mention keto for me as a child smh.. im sickened by this system. But grateful to Father God for showing me this way. I'm so glad you're telling your story. Stay strong and here's to awesome health 🥩🥩😊❤️
