She Lies is a sculpture made of stainless steel and glass panels measuring approximately 12 x 17 x 16 meters. It is permanently installed and floats on a concrete platform in the harbor basin next to the Opera House in Oslo. At its highest, the sculpture rises 12 meters above the surface of the water. It moves around its own axis with the tides and the wind, which causes it to change with reflections from the water.
