Its a great all round knife for sure but for tropical jungles, I would recommend a parang...maybe an 8". The difference is night and day due to the lack of forward weight in the Bushman.

I have thought of putting a short handle on this knife, to enable its use as a small ‘machete’. Great to see how you implemented that!
