I remember waiting in 1984 for Channel 4 to premiere the original video. I was 17/18 yrs old. Tidy job.
I was 11 years old. Was not really waiting for the premiere then. But hear it on the radio and asked my parent for to buy the record. 🙂

I was 22 and bought all the different mixes of it. I also bought the original Pleasuredome album with the uncensored cover - wish I still had it and in original condition...
This gave me the chills! (I was around when it first came out and it was scary then!)

Overall I enjoyed the mix. One thing I've always thought when listening to this track is that the driving base line doesn't hit hard enough, the vocals and tops override it too much, it needs just a bit more oomph imo.

For me sound it good in balance, but I'm not mixing with studio monitors anymore, 2 years ago I did always mixing with studio monitors. Now I do it with headphone what makes difference of course.
